船用绞缆机模块化设计的探索研究

【摘要】 为提高大连船舶机电配套产品的创新能力和快速响应市场的能力,增加船舶绞缆机系列化产品的技术含量,大连北方船舶辅机有限公司与大连海事大学船舶机电配套产品技术研发中心的科研人员合作,对船舶绞缆机产品进行模块化设计。 本文采用模块化设计理论的方法,依据矩阵理论,以功能分析为基础,对绞缆机进行功能分析和模块划分,将绞缆机上同功能的基本单元、复合单元设计成不同用途、不同功能的模块,再选用不同模块进行组合,形成各种不同类型和规格的通用和专用绞缆机。 通过对现有绞缆机进行分析归类,以单卷筒液压绞缆机为基型绞缆机,建立全系列产品矩阵,再对基型绞缆机进行合理的模块划分,建立基型绞缆机的基型模块,然后根据绞缆机的额定拉力,对基型模块进行纵系列扩展,建立全系列模块矩阵。并依据强度条件,对部分主要模块进行较详细的模块化设计。最后分析现有绞缆机的离合器和刹车,设计新型组合离合器刹车系统,并基于ANSYS软件对其进行应力分析。 通过对绞缆机产品的模块化设计,并对部分模块进行技术创新,提高了绞缆机产品的自动化程度、安全性、可靠性以及快速响应市场能力,增强国产绞缆机的综合竞争力。
【Abstract】 In order to enhance the innovation capability and the ability of quickly responding to the market for Dalian marine electromechanical products, and to increase the technological content of products of serial marine winches, the marine electromechanical products research center of Dalian Maritime University and Dalian Northern Marine Engine Company have a cooperate to modular design of the marine winch products.In this thesis, It based on the modular design theory, matrix theory and functional analysis. Through functional analysis and modules design to the winch, the basic element and complex element with same funcation of winches would be design into the module with different useful and funcation. Then It choose different module to form the general and special winches with different types and specifications.Through analysis and classification of the current winches, base on single-reel hydraulic winch, establish the series products matrix. Partition the basic winch reasonable to form the basic module. Then according to the winch pulling, extend the basic module on vertical to establish the series of modular matrix. In accordance with intensity, have a more detailed modular design for some of the main module. Finally, analysis the brake and clutch of current winches, and design a new complex brake and clutch system, then take a stress analysis base on ANSYS software.Through the modular design of the winch products, and technological innovation of partial modules, It can enhance the degree of automation, safety, reliability and the ability to respond quickly to the market of the winch, and to increase the competitivenss of homemade winches.
