基于PLC的船舶主机遥控系统的设计

【摘要】 现在的主机遥控已成为船舶机舱自动化的一个非常重要组成部分,它所采取的控制手段也是多种多样的,本文采用PLC(可编程序控制器)工业控制网络来实现主机遥控系统的主要功能,该系统的主要特点是经济性能好、硬件电路结构简单、工作安全可靠。 本文利用了自动化领域广泛使用并且得到各国船级社认可的S7-200可编程控制器来取代工控计算机控制器部件,以及利用可编程控制器的编程软件实现对不可倒转中速柴油机,减速可逆齿轮箱和固定螺距浆组成的船舶推进系统的各种基本控制功能,其中主要包括正常起动、重复起动、重起动、正常换向、应急换向、制动和停车等逻辑控制,以及加速速率、程序负荷、临界转速回避等转速控制;完成遥控系统核心控制器的软件、硬件设计。 系统在开发过程中,充分地利用了S7-200PLC的技术和优势特点,使系统具有典型的模块化结构,硬件则具有通用性和互通性,这样的设计更有利于建立全船的控制管理中心,使机舱自动化程度有所提高。 本文大体共分五个部分。第一部分主要对主机遥控的组成和功能进行了介绍,第二部分则侧重于介绍主机控制的原理,第三部分在基于S7-200对主机遥控系统进行硬件设计,第三部分是针对主机遥控系统的功能实现而进行的软件部分的设计,最后在自己独立设计的模拟实验台上实现本文对主机遥控的设计。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the main engine remote control system is a very important part of the engine room automation. There are multifarious means adopted in the main engine remote control system. This paper introduces the system to implement the function of the main engine remote control based on the PLC industrial controlling network. This system has the characteristics of good economic performance, simple hardware circuits, safety and credibility in work.The main purpose of this thesis is to utilize S7-200 PLC; which is extensive used in automation field and recognized by Ship’s Classification Societies of all nations, instead of computer control parts, to carry out all control functions of the main engine remote control system. The functions include logic controls such as normal starting, The functions include logic controls such as normal start, restart, heavy start, normal change, emergency change, brake, stop etc. speed controls such as accelerating rate, program load, critical speed limit etc. Finish the main engine remote control system about hardware and software design of nucleus controllers.The main engine remote control system employ sufficiently the technology of S7-200 PLC and has the high module construction, university and interchange property. This makes us to use ship control and manage center easily.This paper contains five parts. The first part introduces the composing and function of the main engine remote control system. The second introduces its principle. The third introduces the hardware requirements of the main engine remote control system. The forth is software. The last part shows how to carry out this project by experiment.
