【摘要】 随着全球一体化的形成，企业要在竞争中取得优势地位，必须改变原来传统的信息系统，采用先进的信息技术，进行供应链的优化和重组，实现供应链上各个节点的信息共享，从而提高供应链的整体竞争力。如何利用供应链的思想和信息技术，实现信息和资源的共享，建立适合中国企业的供应链管理信息系统，从而减少库存，降低成本，提高供应链的效率，是本文写作的初衷。 本文从供应链思想入手，对信息不对称和供应链中的不确定性进行了分析，并定量分析了供应链中的牛鞭效应，证明了信息共享是解决供应链信息不对称性的方法，从而说明信息共享是解决供应链信息管理瓶颈的方法。 本文通过参阅大量的文献和深入的社会调查，对供应链中的信息技术和信息系统的应用进行研究，并从多方面分析了我国供应链管理信息系统开发及应用的现状，提出了我国供应链信息管理存在的问题及解决对策。 本文针对我国供应链信息系统现状，提出了供应链管理信息系统设计的思想及原则，并构建了基于Internet／Intranet和XML技术的、适合我国国情的供应链管理信息系统模型。 最后，本文给出了供应链信息系统实施的案例分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with formation of the global integration, the enterprise must change the original traditional information system, use the advanced information technology, carry on the optimization and the reorganization of Supply Chain, and on the realization information sharing at each pitch point of the supply chain to obtain the superiority status in the competition, through which the enterprises could enhance competitive ability of the whole supply chain. How to use the thought of Supply Chain and the information technology to realize the information and resources sharing, established the supply chain information system which suits the Chinese enterprise, to reduce stock, reduce the cost, enhance the efficiency of supply chain, is the original intention which this article writes.This article started with the thought of the Supply Chain, and then carried on the analysis of the information dissymmetry and the definitude in the supply chain and the quantitative analysis of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain, which proved that information sharing was the method to solve problem of information dissymmetrical in the supply chain, and also proved the information sharing was the method to solve the bottleneck of the supply chain information management..Through the massive literature reference and the social investigation to information technology and the application of the information system in the supply chain, this article research the present situation of the development and application of the information system of supply chain in our country from multi-analysis, and proposed the problems and the solution countermeasures of information management in the supply chain in our country.In view of the present situation of information system in the supply chain of our country ,this article have proposed the design thought and principle of the supply chain management information system, and have constructed the model of the supply chain information system ,based on Internet/Intranet and the XML technology, which suits our country national condition.更多还原
