含N,S杯芳烃衍生物的合成研究

【摘要】 杯芳烃是继冠醚、环糊精之后的第三代超分子受体,是由酚醛缩合而得到的一类“新型”的具有独特空穴结构的大环化合物。杯芳烃以其良好的化学稳定性、高熔点,以及空腔大小可以调节等独特的物理、化学性能受到众多学者的关注。若对杯芳烃下沿酚羟基进行化学改性,可以得到具有化学活性的杯芳烃衍生物,大大丰富了杯芳烃的研究和应用范围。 本课题选择了三个侧链,目的是通过哌啶和巯基吡啶基团将N、S、O原子两两同时引入杯芳烃,该目标产物合成未见文献报道。由于N、S、O原子电负性小,外层电子易极化,因此具有较强的化学活性并且对过渡金属离子、重金属离子有较强的识别能力,我们可以预见新的杯芳烃衍生物会有一定的应用前景。 实验以对叔丁基苯酚为起始原料,通过缩合得到对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃,再对其下沿酚羟基进行化学改性,得到具有化学活性的杯四芳烃衍生物中间体,该中间体可以与具有活泼H的侧链反应得到新的一系列杯芳烃衍生物。 实验对反应进行了摸索,成功将巯基吡啶基团引入了杯芳烃体系,并通过~1HNMR的表征。
【Abstract】 The calixarenes, along with the cyclodextrins and crown ethers, are new types of macrocyclic compounds , which have unique cavity building. Having many excellent supramolecular chemical and physical properties, such as stability, high melt pointing and adjustable phenolic units. Through the modification of the lower-rim, we can get a large number of derivatives with chemical activities, which expand the study and application of calixarenes.According to that background, we chose three molecules (pyridinethiol and piperidine ) as reagents in order to bring N,S,0 atom ,which have not been reported yet. Due to the chemical activity of N,S,0 atom, which have the strong power of recognizing transitional metals ions and heavy metal itons. We hope the three target compounds will have bright perspective in practice.P-tert-butlycalix[4]arene was synthesized by condensation from p-tert-phenol and formaldehyde. By substitution and reduction reactions, we get a novel calix[4]arene compound which has active chemical property.Through the experiments under different conditions, we brought the pyridinethiol into the calix[4]arene system. The structure of product was characterized by ~1H NMR.
