发电厂给水泵状态监测系统研究开发

【摘要】 对给水泵进行实时的状态监测和趋势预测对于提高电厂运行的安全性和经济性具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了给水泵在线性能计算的方法,在此基础上介绍了灰色理论,着重研究了GM(1,1)模型,探讨了如何利用GM(1,1)模型对给水泵相关参数进行状态预测。针对基本GM(1,1)模型的仿真结果,分析了基本GM(1,1)模型的缺陷,并提出了改进方法,通过仿真实验证明了该方法的有效性。最后,在上述研究的基础上用VC开发了给水泵状态监测系统,该系统实现了性能在线计算、性能曲线和实际工作点的显示、趋势预测、报警等功能。
【Abstract】 The real-time condition monitoring and trend forecasting of feed water pump are significant for the safety and economic efficiency of improving the operation of power plant. First, this paper introduces the method of on-line performance calculation, then the grey theory is introduced and the GM(1,1) model is emphatically studied. It discusses how to realize the condition prediction of the feed water pump’s correlative parameters by using GM(1,1) model. According to the basic simulation results of GM(1,1) model, we analysis its disadvantages and present an improved method, furthermore the method is proved to be effective by simulation. At last, a condition monitoring system for feed water pump is developed by VC based on the above research. It can fulfil the functions of on-line performance calculation, showing the performance curves and real operating points, trend prediction and alarm.
