VSC-HVDC提高系统频率和电压稳定性研究

【摘要】 在电网黑启动的负荷恢复阶段,提高系统的频率稳定性和电压稳定性对电网的快速恢复具有重要意义。研究建立了VSC-HVDC的物理模型,利用VSC-HVDC对有功功率和无功功率能够独立且同时快速控制的特点,提出了VSC-HVDC与发电机调速器及励磁系统协调控制方法,设计了VSC-HVDC与发电机协调控制的有功功率和无功功率控制器,PSCAD/EMTDC仿真结果表明采用该控制方法提高了系统频率稳定性和电压稳定性。针对感应电动机负荷,进行了VSC-HVDC与发电机协调控制仿真研究,初步验证了VSC-HVDC在电网黑启动的负荷恢复阶段能够提高系统频率稳定性和电压稳定性。

【Abstract】 During the period of load restoration under black start, it is very important to enhance the stability of frequency and voltage for the network restoration. In this paper, the physical model of VSC-HVDC during load restoration period is built. Based on the characteristic of VSC-HVDC, which is it can control active and reactive power independently and simultaneously, the strategy of coordination control of VSC-HVDC and generator’s governor and excitation system is proposed. Simulation results in PSCAD/EMTDC show that the stability of system frequency and voltage are improved using the method. Aiming at induction motor, the strategy of system coordination control of VSC-HVDC and generator is adopted. Simulation results show that the stability of frequency and voltage can be improved through this strategy.
