发电企业辅助服务中旋转备用报价模型及算法研究

【摘要】 我国电力工业化改革的内容是“厂网分开,竞价上网”,发电企业与电网分开,发电企业作为独立的经济实体,不再无条件的提供电能。随着电力市场改革的深入进行,发电企业不仅能够在主电能市场获利,也可以投标辅助服务市场获利。备用是电力市场中最重要的辅助服务,它的报价既有一般电能的要求,又有不同于主电能市场报价的自身特点,因此研究电力企业在备用市场的报价策略具有重要意义。在现有国内外研究的基础上,介绍了辅助服务及备用的概念及分类,阐述了旋转备用的市场模式,分析了发电企业的发电成本及投标旋转备用的机会成本,针对顺序购买交易规则,以利润最大化为目标,建立发电企业旋转备用报价策略模型,最后给出算例,并应用粒子群算法求解,得到最佳报价策略,证明模型的有效性。

【Abstract】 The content of Chinese electricity power informs is“Separation of power plant from electric network, connection to the national network by price competition”. With the reform of power market, the electricity generation companies not only can make profit through the electricity generation, but also can make profit through providing the ancillary services. And as a kind of ancillary service, the bidding of spinning reserve is not only general but also special. So it is important to study on the bidding strategy for electricity generation companies on spinning reserve. On the basis of former research of home and abroad scholar, introduces the concept and classification of ancillary service and reserve, analyses spinning reserve market and generating cost opportunity cost of bidding in reserve market. Get the probability distribution function of MCP of spinning reserve by using data fitting. Aiming at sequential dispatch, establish bidding model of spinning reserve based on profit maximization ,at last use PSO algorithm solve the example ,get the best bidding strategy.
