基于预数值计算的300MW煤粉锅炉燃烧工况优化研究

【摘要】 TASCFLOW-CFX/COALFIRE软件是中国与加拿大政府间的技术合作项目中联合开发的大型煤粉锅炉炉膛的数值模拟计算软件。本文首次应用该软件计算出基于某电厂300MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉的十种运行工况的精确数值计算结果。分析锅炉燃烧运行调整时所燃煤质变化、煤粉细度变化、锅炉负荷变化、二次风配风方式的变化、燃烧器的投运方式变化等对模拟结果的影响规律。同时分析了煤粉着火稳燃与燃尽特性、炉膛出口烟温偏差和炉内结渣的分布情况。并从中找出一最优工况,从而指导燃烧工况的调整与优化。为电站煤粉锅炉燃烧工况在线监测及优化系统的研究提供了模型训练样本,并对系统建模进行了检验。

【Abstract】 TASCFLOW-CFX/COALFIRE software is the numerical simulation software of the large-scale pulverized-coal fired boiler’s furnace which is developed jointly in China and inter-governmental project of technological cooperation of Canada. In this thesis, this software of application for the first time, concludes the accurate result of numerical calculation of some ten kinds of operation conditions based on a 300MW Tangentially Pulverized Coal Fired Boiler. How quality of coal change, thin of pulverized coal change, boiler load change, secondary air distribution and burner’s operation conditions change, influences the simulation results when boiler combustion adjusting are analyzed together with the boiler operation characteristics. The ignition, combustion stabilization and complete combustion of pulverized coal, deviation of the furnace outlet temperature and the slagging in furnace are also analyzed. And finding out a optimum operating condition from above, thereby it achieves the adjustment and optimization of the combustion condition.
