电厂锅炉煤粉流量在线监测系统的研究

【摘要】 火电厂燃煤锅炉在运行过程中,准确地监测一次风管道中煤粉的速度、浓度及流量等信息对锅炉燃烧的稳定性、安全性和经济性来讲至关重要。此外,对煤粉的消耗量进行准确的计量,对于提高电厂的生产质量和经济效益也具有十分重要的意义。本文在总结国内外相关理论研究及应用的基础上,放弃了传统的单一化、机械式的测量理论,采用虚拟仪器开发技术,设计出了一套简单、实用的风粉管道煤粉计量监测系统,实现了对煤粉速度、浓度、流量的在线监测,同时具有报警等功能。实验证明,该系统可有效地监测风粉管道中煤粉的流动状态信息,并能准确地计量煤粉的消耗量,在优化锅炉机组运行的同时,不仅可以显著地提高电厂的经济效益,还能有效地预防生产事故的发生。

【Abstract】 During the running of the boiler unit in power plant, the monitoring of coal-powder’s flow states in primary air pipes has much significance for the stability、security and benefit of boilers. Furthermore, the accurate measurement of coal powder consumption is important for improving plant’s production and economic benefit. Based on the investigation of the correlative research home and abroad, the paper abandons the traditional monitoring theories and designs a simple and powerful monitoring system, by which we could monitor the coal powder’s velocity、concentration、flow and accumulation online, and at the same time, the system has many other functions such as alarm. Through experiments the system has been proved that could monitor the flow information of coal powder effectively, and could measure the consumption of coal powder accurately. While optimizing the boiler unit’s running, the apparatus can improve the plant’s economic benefits and prevent accidents effectively.
