超临界锅炉煤水比优化控制的数学模型

【摘要】 过热汽温的控制是超临界锅炉研究的重要课题。以某600MW超临界锅炉的设计数据为依据,在亚临界锅炉热力计算程序的基础上,编制了超临界锅炉汽水系统的热力特性计算程序,并对变煤质运行条件下锅炉中间点温度和过热蒸汽温度调节等问题进行了分析研究。加深了对燃料输入热量与工质需要热量相匹配的认识,计算分析了运行条件变化对过热汽温控制的影响,着重分析了燃煤特性、过量空气系数、省煤器入口水温以及锅炉负荷的影响,提出了过热汽温控制的新思路。分析了水动力特性对锅炉安全的影响,并作了把PID控制算法引入过热汽温控制中的尝试。
【Abstract】 The control of superheated steam is an important topic about the supercritical boiler. Based on the designed data of a 600MW supercritical boiler, and the calculation procedure of thermal characteristic in subcritical boiler, the paper established a calculation procedure of thermal characteristic for the supercritical boiler circuit. Analysis the adjustment of the center point temperature and superheated steam temperature at the condition the coal changes, strengthen the cognition that the input heat from the fuel should match the heat that medium required, calculate and analysis the affect from the change of running condition on the control of the superheated steam temperature, emphasis on the effect from the characteristic of fuel, excess air ratio, the water temperature in economizer inlet and boiler load, and bring up a new method for the control of superheated steam. Analysis the effect on the boiler’s safe from the dynamic characteristics of water and does the try to brought PID control algorithm to the control of superheated steam.
