模糊专家系统在火电厂故障诊断中的应用研究

【摘要】 在火电厂故障诊断中,难以建立对象的精确数学模型,且故障征兆和故障原因之间具有一定的模糊性。本文以模糊理论为基础,分析了故障征兆与故障原因之间的模糊关系,设计了一个适用于火电厂故障诊断的模糊专家系统。该系统以VC++ 6.0和CLIPS为开发工具,实现了诊断知识的录入与修改以及故障的自动诊断。主要工作包括四个方面:研究了知识的表示方法以及规则结论中故障原因的可信度求取方法;利用VC++ 6.0与CLIPS开发了故障诊断模糊专家系统的知识录入与修改模块;编写了几种征兆的判别函数以及求取征兆可信度的隶属函数;搜集整理了火电厂凝汽器系统的故障诊断知识并进行了模糊专家系统诊断验证。

【Abstract】 In the fault diagnosis of power plant, the precise mathematical model of the object is difficult to be obtained. And there are some fuzziness between fault signs and fault reasons. Based on fuzzy theory, the fuzzy relation between fault signs and fault reasons is analyzed. Then a fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis in power plant is designed. The system developed by VC++ 6.0 and CLIPS has carried out knowledge acquisition and modification as well as automatic fault diagnosis. There are four main works: researching on representation of knowledge and solution of fault reason reliability of the rule conclusion; developing a module of knowledge acquisition and modification of the fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis using VC++ 6.0 and CLIPS; compiling some kinds of functions to distinguish signs and a few membership functions to solve reliability of signs; collecting and arranging the diagnostic knowledge of condenser system in power plant and verifying the fuzzy expert system.
