再燃条件下同时去除SO2、NOx的机理研究及促进剂制备

【摘要】 本文对超细煤粉和有机酸盐促进剂再燃还原NO的反应机理进行了分析,并建立了化学反应机理模型。对促进剂固硫机理进行了分析并建立了固硫模型。结合相应的动力学模型对同时脱除NOx和SO2进行了数值模拟,并进行了实验室规模的促进剂制备。数值模拟结果表明:添加有机酸盐促进剂与不添加相比NO与SO2排放量有明显的不同。添加有机酸盐后,NO还原效率明显升高,达到80%左右。随着Ca/S的增加,有机酸盐固硫效率增大。分析表明,有机酸盐促进剂以钙镁醋酸盐最为适合。
【Abstract】 Reaction mechanism of NO reduction by micronized coal and organic acid salt accelerator reburning was analyzed, and mechanism model of chemical reaction were established. Mechanism of accelerators’sulfur retention was analyzed and sulfur retention model was established. Relative kinetic models were involved in the models to simulate the NO and SO2 reduction process. The accelerators were prepared in laboratory. The numerical simulate result indicated that, the emissions of NO and SO2 were different between add accelerator and not. The efficiency of NO reduction raised obviously when add organic acid salt accelerator, 80% was achieved. With the increase of Ca/S, the more effectiveness of sulfur retention can be achieved. Analysis indicated that, calcium magnesium acetate was the best proper organic acid salt accelerator.
