【摘要】 改善发展中国家特大城市的居住环境是我国及国际城市建设普遍关注和重视的热点课题。居住区室外照明作为居住环境中的重要组成部分,直接影响居民的生理与心理健康。如何确立符合我国国情及大多数城市居住区室外照明建设实际情况的室外照明规划设计理论与基本技术指标,是国内照明领域在城市光环境建设研究中的一项空白。实施“绿色照明”和推进“绿色照明工程”是全球照明领域的大势所趋。对在居住区内推行绿色照明方式而言,“绿色照明”不仅是节约能源以及环境保护的外在要求,更是一种理性选择的健康生活方式。本文正是以此为出发点,力求在城市居住区室外照明规划设计中既能够解决基本的技术问题,又能够确立符合城市居住区人文特征、景观特征的“以人为本”的主题意境。首先,基于社会发展对城市居住区室外环境照明的要求,为较理想的城市居住区照明设计提出“人本”、“绿色”的规划设计原则,通过考察分析天津市城市居住区的建设情况,明确居住区的人文特征、景观特征及其对照明设计的影响,确立城市居住区照明规划设计总体构思;其次,依托天津大学建筑学院建筑科学技术研究所对天津市居住区室外照明现状长期调研与数据分析的成果,充分借鉴国内外城市居住区室外照明质量标准及实例,提出一套适用于我国城市居住区一般模式的室外照明质量标准,其中又分为高、中、低三档,供照明设计者针对居住区的具体情况灵活选用,并且面向具体的工程实践,提供适于城市居住区室外照明的节能新技术及产品,形成城市居住区室外照明设计技术导则;最后,在天津市梅江生态居住区室外照明设计实例中检验导则的可行性及节能效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the conditions in residential area in the developing countries is a widely concerned topic by our country and the whole world in the city construction. Lighting in the residential area as the essential part in the living environment is closely related with the life health of the residents regarding from no matter what the health of conditions and mental.Carrying out“the green lights”and pushing forward“the green lights program”is the general trend in the lignting realm of the world. Not only the outside request that economizes the energy and environmental protections towards promoting“the green lights method”in the residential area,“the green lights”is also a kind of healthy life style of reasonable choice.This thesis taking this as the grounds exactly,solves the basic technical problems and establishes the humanistic and“green lighting”theme.The thesis puts forward the principia of humanistic and“green lighting”for outdoor lighting planning and design in urban residential area, basing on the demand of the social development. The thesis establishes the conceive of outdoor lighting planning and design facing the present conditions of urban residential area. The thesis is just under the guide of the investigation about the outdoor lighting in the residential area and a great deal of data about the quantity standard of the outdoor lighting in the residential area of the whole world, puts forward the quantity standard of the outdoor lighting in the residential area for our country.The quantity standard has three levels for the lighting designers to choice as the different conditiongs. In addition, facing to the concrete design, the thesis provides a great deal of economizing energy new technique and products that applicable to the outdoor lighting in the residential area,and get the technique method about that.
