嵌入式温湿度控制系统的上层软件实现

【摘要】 随着电子技术的飞速发展,嵌入式系统正在深入应用到工业、农业、教育、国防、科研以及日常生活等各个领域,将嵌入式系统技术与模糊控制技术结合起来,构成一种体积小、易于网络化、成本较低,集信号采集、数据存储、网络传输、实时控制和实时显示为一体的嵌入式温湿度控制系统具有广泛的应用前景。本论文详细介绍了基于uCLinux的嵌入式温湿度控制系统的所有上层软件,本系统以uCLinux为操作系统,MiniGUI为图形用户界面,核心控制规则基于模糊控制原理,实现了对温湿度的实时采集,实时控制,实时显示,数据存储,网络传输等功能,同时友好的用户界面,可以按照用户的要求改变控制曲线和控制规则。本文的主要内容如下:首先,对嵌入式系统发展的概况,以及本课题研究的主要内容和工作做了简要的分析和介绍。然后介绍了本控制系统的硬件平台,并分析了所采用的控制原理和具体方案。其次,总体阐述了系统采用的所有上层软件的结构和组成,包括系统级的uCLinux操作系统和具体实现温湿度控制等功能的应用层软件。再次,对图形用户界面MiniGUI进行了介绍,包括MiniGUI的原理和重要模块的功能,重点说明如何移植到嵌入式平台上。最后,也是本文最重要的部分,结合源程序,详细介绍上层软件的具体实现方法,包括界面程序编写和主控制程序各个部分的具体技术细节。由于该系统的可移植性较强,可以实现对多种模拟信号进行实时采集和控制,所以应用前景比较广泛。

【Abstract】 In recent years, embedded system has been used in many fields such as industry, agriculture, education, national defense, scientific research and daily life. The combination of the embedded system and fuzzy control leads to a task to develop a control system, which has function of the data collecting, processing, storing and displaying. It can also be networked easily and of low cost. The research has an important meaning and a bright prospect of being used widely.This paper shows all the software of an embedded temperature and humidity control system based on uCLinux. The operating system is uCLinux and the graphic user interface is MiniGUI, and control rule is fuzzy control method. The system’s function is collecting, controlling, displaying, storing and transmiting real time data. Its friendly GUI can change the control line and the control rule according to user’s need. The main contents of the paper are:Firstly, we make a detailed analysis on the development of embedded system and the primary work of this project. Then we introduce hardware of this system and the scheme of measurement and control principle.Secondly, we introduce the construction of the system as a whole, including the operating system uCLinux and applied software.Thirdly, MiniGUI is analyzed in detail, including its principle and important function. How to transplant MiniGUI to the embedded system is the key point.At last, the implement method to software is the most importart part. The technical details of GUI programming are described.Because of the strong transplanting capability, this system can collect and control several types of analog signals, and its application will be wider and wider.
