基于CPLD的LED全彩屏主控系统设计

【摘要】 十几年来,随着显示器件制造与应用技术的不断发展,大屏幕显示系统得到了广泛的应用。由于LED大屏幕显示系统具有体积小、亮度高、重量轻、结构平面化、显示位置精度高等特点,在各种大屏幕显示应用中占有相当大的比例,已成为现代显示科学技术中不可缺少的手段,同时又极大的促进了相关仪器、装备的发展与更新,所以基于这方面的技术研究越来越受到广泛重视。本课题主要针对现有LED控制系统的不足之处,提出了基于CPLD的LED全彩屏主控系统方案。该方案充分发挥了该种类嵌入式系统配置灵活、资源丰富的特点,实现系统中各种控制功能及数据处理功能,使该系统具有更广泛的适用性及易用性。根据项目的要求,将整个系统划分为若干功能模块,详细制定了各部分的实现方案,并综合考虑了系统需求、器件特点、系统成本、方便购买等多方面因素,选择了最适合的器件,在充分的原理实验基础上,经过反复的调试,达到了项目要求。研究中所涉及的各个功能模块都经过系统性的仿真、综合,并在电路的实际应用中得到验证,满足系统设计要求。

【Abstract】 In recent years, large screen display system is widely used with the development of display device and technology. Because LED large screen display system has characteristics of small cubage, high brightness, low weight, planar architecture, high precision display location and so on, it takes a large proportion of application of large screen display. It has become an integrant part of science and technology and greatly stimulate the development of apparatus and devices, so the research in this field attract much more attention.The research of this subject is set up to overcome the disadvantages of existing control system, introduce a new scheme of colorized LED plat panel display based on CPLD, it also relies on the abundant and flexible characteristic of embedded system to accomplish the function of control and data processing, making the system more flexible and easy to use.According to the requirement of the project, the whole system is divided into several parts, the detail scheme of each part is introduced in detail. The optimum components are used by considering a lot of factors such as the requirement, the characteristic, cost, and the convenience of purchase. On the bases of adequate experiment and debugging, the system achieve the requirement. Every module function that the research involved has carried on systemic emulation and synthesis, they are proved to be correct.
