【摘要】 教育信息化是一个关系到整个教育改革和教育现代化的系统工程。学校管理信息化是教育信息化的重要组成部分。近年来,高职招生规模和办学规模不断扩大,而专门为高职院校设计的B/S模式MIS还很少,高职院校往往使用Microsost Office软件进行一些简单数据录入和查询工作或使用上级主管部门下发的普通高校使用的MIS。由于办学模式、管理制度的差异以及高职院校特有的一些特点,所以普通高校的MIS并不完全适合高职院校的实际需求。作者在进行广泛需求调查的基础上,通过可行性分析,专门为高职院校设计了B/S模式的MIS。该系统是一个由学生基本信息管理、成绩管理、课程管理、网上选课、体质健康管理、综合查询和用户管理7大模块组成的面向学校管理部门和学生的综合性MIS。系统使用UML建模,选用Microsoft SQL Server 2000DBMS,以Dreamweaver MX 2004作为设计平台,采用ASP Web数据库中间件技术开发Web页面,通过ADO技术和OLE DB来连接和访问数据库。系统采用模块化程序设计,具有良好的可扩展性和安全性;采用编码技术,对系名、类别、专业名称统一编码,提高了信息输入、查询的速度和智能化水平;设计了精确查询、模糊查询、灵活的组合查询等多种查询方式方便用户使用;在许多页面中添加了使用说明,便于用户灵活掌握系统的功能;网上选课模块的设计,是为高职院校实行学分制而准备的;体质健康管理模块的设计,体现了现代管理理念中的人本观念。本文详细介绍了系统的分析和设计过程,系统的实现方法及其研究以及实现过程中遇到的主要问题及解决办法;探讨了数据挖掘技术在生源分析中的应用;提出规范高职院校专业、课程设置;建议制定一套完善的教育信息管理标准、设计一套完整的软件设计规范;指出系统存在的不足和下一步工作重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Educational informationization is a systematic project that concerns entire educational reform and educational modernization. School management informationization is the important composition part of educational informationization. In recent years, students’number and school scale of high vocational colleges enlarge continuously. But in high vocational colleges, MIS based on B/S model that is designed specifically for them is still few, and the software of Microsoft Office are used to do some simple data input and query work or a university’s MIS that is provided by their leading departments. Since school pattern and management system are different, MIS of university’s is not well suited for actual demands. On the foundation of extensive demand investigation and through feasibility analysis, the author has designed a MIS of B/S specifically for high vocational college. This system is a integrated MIS composed of 7 modules ,which are student basic information management, score management, courses management, online course selecting management, physical health management, comprehensive query and user management modules, facing school management departments and students.In the system, UML was used to build system model, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 was selected as DBMS, Dreamweaver MX2004 was the design platform, and ASP and Web database middleware technology was adopted for developing Web pages. Besides, ADO and OLE DB technology was utilized to join and visit databases.The system has excellent expansibility and safety, and with coding technology, department name, classification and profession name are unified to improve the intelligent level and speed of information input and query. Various query way such as accurate query, vague query and flexible combination query are designed to help users. In many pages, using instruction is added to help user grasp the flexible function of the system. The online course selecting module is prepared to implement credit system. And the design of physical healthy management modular incarnates humanity in modern management.The paper introduces the analysis and design process of the system, implementation methods and research, and the problems that met in design and solving methods in detail.
