【摘要】 随着世界经济的发展，“质量第一”已成为国际工商界的共同信念。在我国，特别是加入WTO后，我国企业直面的将是一个对内和对外“双向”开放的大市场，国外众多的产品和服务将大量进入国内市场。产品和服务的质量水平已经成为全球化市场竞争的一个制胜因素。除了在体制上、法制上、观念上尽快地“入世”，与其各项规则接轨之外，更重要、更紧迫的是质量的“入世”，即尽快提升我国产品和服务的质量竞争力。近年来我国电梯业发展迅速，作为大型复杂产品和特种设备，它的质量问题直接关系到工程项目的质量，是涉及生命财产安全的设备，质量就是电梯企业的生命。电梯在出厂后必须经过组装、安装、现场调试、检验和维修等过程，才能投入使用，这又决定了在其质量损失成本中隐含了大量质量问题和效益。 本论文用经济眼光审视质量，从质量管理、质量损失成本管理理论出发，结合电梯企业的特点，提出了在电梯企业中构建质量损失成本管理的体系；并利用某电梯企业质量损失成本的实际数据，对电梯行业的质量损失成本进行系统科学的分析；然后提出了集成企业现有信息系统建立质量损失成本统计信息系统的方法，接着在此基础上对电梯企业建立质量损失成本管理决策支持系统进行了讨论；在质量损失成本管理体系化和信息化的基础上为电梯企业进行质量改进，增加收益提供依据和支持。最后，进行了总结和展望。 本论文无论是从理论上还是实践上对电梯企业构建质量损失成本管理体系及其信息化都有理论指导和实际示范作用，具有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of world economy, quality is most important has been received in the world. In China, especially after enter into WTO, China’s corporations have been facing an open market that not only China’s corporations enter into international market but also foreign corporations enter into China market. If you want to be a winner in global market, the quality is a key factor. Thereby, besides system、legal system and concept, we must also pay an attention to quality. In recent years, China’s elevator industry has been developed quickly. As one kind of complex and special type facilities, the quality of elevator concern about civil safety and quality of project. Quality is very important for elevator firm. Only after producing in factory, fitting, debug, checkout and maintain, the elevator can use in practice. So, the quality failure cost of elevator firm hide a lot of quality problems and benefit.This paper researched quality with economical view. Base on theory of quality management, quality failure cost and characteristic of elevator firm, this paper researched how to built the system of quality failure cost in elevator firm and analyzed the data. Then it researched how to built information system base on integrating ERP, OA and BW. In addition, it researched that elevator firm built DDS. In the end, conclusion and prospect are put forward.This paper can guide and demonstrate how to built quality failure cost system and information system in theory and practice.更多还原
