基于WBS的大型工程项目管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 大型工程建设项目建设周期长,参与单位多,建设过程中各种变化因素多,各种事件互相交错和影响,信息量大,成本和工期不易控制,仅仅依靠传统的手工管理方式已难以适应现代化管理的要求。 本文提出以WBS为核心,以工程项目管理生命周期为基础,借助高速发展的网络技术与信息技术,构建基于WBS的工程项目管理信息系统。信息系统是促进项目管理现代化、科学化的重要手段,建立工程项目管理信息系统可以实现计算机网络环境下计划、组织、控制、沟通等职能的集成,使信息在工程项目管理生命周期过程中得到充分共享和有效传递,从而达到提高工程项目管理效率的目的。 本文首先对工程项目管理的特点及生命周期过程进行了分析,在工程项目管理知识体系的基础上,建立了工程项目管理信息系统的体系结构;然后,对工程项目的WBS结构进行了详细的分析,并深入地研究了其存储方式,提出以面向对象的思想为指导,用XML文档存储WBS结构方式;再次,以工程项目WBS为基础,研究了双代号网络图的计算机自动绘制,实现了网络图的计算机表示方法、虚工序的自动添加、节点的自动编号、网络图的自动布点等技术;最后,结合陕西省机场管理集团公司机场扩建工程项目的实际情况,用UML详细分析了用户需求,设计了工程项目管理信息系统的功能模型,并给出了WBS结构树实现的关键代码。
【Abstract】 In huge engineer project, the long duration, so many departments involved and the variation of various factors baffle the implementation of engineer project, so the traditional management method can’t fit the modernization management.In this paper, through the advantages of network and information technology, writer establishes WBS-Based Engineering Project Management Information System in which is based on the theory of engineer project life cycle. Information systerri is an important method which makes project management become scientific and modern. The Engineer Project Information System could realize the integration of functions including scheduled plan, organization, schedule control, communication under the computer network environment. Information could also be fully shared and effectively transmitted during the whole life of model development and the performance of project management can be improved.Firstly, the paper analyzed the characteristics and the life cycle process of Engineer project management. The framework of Engineer Project Information management System was proposed based on the body of project management knowledge. Secondly, the structure of WBS was analyzed particularly, and the storage method of WBS was researched deeply, base on the study discussed, that the WBS was deposited by XML document with Object-Oriented Programming was proposed; Thirdly, based on the WBS, the method of double code network diagram drafted by computer automatically was developed, and the adjoining matrix of double code network diagram, the Method of Auto Adding Virtual Working Procedure, The Method of Numbering the Node of Dummy Arrow and The study of the algorithm of the function in arranging dots was realized; at last, based on the extending-construction engineer project of Shan’xi Airport Management Group, the customers’ requirement was analyzed strictly by UML , and the function model of engineer project management information system was designed , the key code of WBS’s realization was also proposed.
