传感器信号模拟电路设计研究

【摘要】 数字式半物理仿真系统作为航空发动机数控系统的研制试验平台能够有效地缩短了发动机数控系统的研制周期,并大大降低了研制费用节省人力物力。它的组建具有重要的科研和实用价值,而传感器信号模拟装置是半物理仿真系统中必不可少的一部分。 本文讨论了发动机数控系统半物理仿真试验的总体方案,开发了用于该试验的信号模拟装置,以实现控制器和发动机模型计算机之间的数据交换以及对信号的模拟和测量,并对所设计的电路进行了验证。 本文从半物理仿真技术和传感器技术入手,在分析了发动机数控系统半物理仿真试验整体结构的基础上,提出了一种基于串口通信的信号模拟装置的设计方案。根据此方案设计开发了以单片机为控制核心,并扩展各种外围接口电路的信号模拟电路。最后,运用Protel DXP软件对设计的电路进行仿真,在静态控制模式下对信号模拟装置的性能进行了初步测试。测试结果表明信号模拟装置的性能达到了预定的设计要求。
【Abstract】 As the aero engine digital control system development testing platform, digital semi-physical simulation system could effectively reduce the development cycle, and reduce the cost in both expense and human resource. This creation has the important scientific value and pragmatic value. The sensor signal simulation device is the absolutely necessarily part of the simulation system.We discussed the overall solution of semi-physical simulation experiment for engine digital control system in this paper, and developed a signal simulation device for this experiment. This device implemented the data exchange between controller and engine real-time model computer, and implemented the simulation and measure of signals as well. We also carried on validation for the design in the paper.This paper started from introducing semi-physical simulation technology and sensor technology. On the basis of analyzing overall structure of semi-physical simulation experiment for engine digital control system, we provided a design of a signal simulation device based on serial port communication technology. Then we simulated the design circuit using Protel DXP, carried on the preliminary performance test to the signal simulation device in the static control mode. The test result indicated that the performance of the signal simulation device has met the predetermined requirements.
