协同办公自动化系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着互联网技术的快速发展，办公自动化系统在电子政务中应用越来越广泛。但以工作流为核心的办公自动化系统已经远远不能满足企业信息现代化建设的要求，那么如何设计一个以知识管理为核心的协同办公系统，是目前重点研究的课题。本文设计的协同办公系统，通过企业中人与人、人与部门、部门与部门之间信息的收集、组织、交流等行为有效地实现整体管理目标，提高了企业的办公效率。 本文深入研究了基于J2EE平台的第三代协同办公系统架构及相关技术，重点介绍了EXOA2005协同平台应用功能的分层实现，开发了一种基于公文流转的协同办公自动化系统。在以工作流为核心的基础上使企业实现了协同办公，同时为满足现代信息化管理的要求，对此平台进行了功能扩展与优化。 在平台设计方面从软件工程的角度出发，针对公文流转业务对系统进行需求分析，并抽象出数据对象模型。本文采用时序图和状态图等方法来说明主要业务流程，设计并实现了公文流转中表单定制和流程定制的功能模块。并对表单定制结果所采用的XML解析方法、流程定制所采用的图形化方法等提出了合理化意见，从而能够更好地满足用户需求和产品化设计。 本文所设计的协同办公自动化系统已经在广东省烟草专卖局中成功应用，具有较好的效果，很好的满足了当代企业协同办公的要求，具有广阔的市场前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapidly development of Internet technology,office automation system more widely used in e-government applications.But the core of workflow for office automation system has been far from satisfying enterprise information modernization, so how to design the core of knowledge management in the cooperative office automation system, which is the focus of study.This paper describes the design of the cooperative office automation system,through human to human,human to departments,and departments to departments information collection,organization,the exchange of management to effectively achieve its overall goals,improving office efficiency.This paper studies the third generation office automation system base J2EE framework and related technology,EXOA2005 focus on the hierarchical functional application platform to achieve synergies.Documents on the development of a coordination office automation system.Workflow in the office automation system at the core of the enterprise to achieve synergies office.To meet the requirements of modern information management,and expansion of this platform for the optimization functions.From the perspective of software engineering in the design and is aimed at the transfer of business documents to the system demand analysis abstract data object model,the timing and the state plans to map the main business processes.the design and implementation of document circulation Form customization and process customization modules.Form also customized analytical methods and results using XML customization process rationalization of the graphical method,this better able to meet customer demand and product design.In this paper, the cooperative office automation system in Guangdong Provincial Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, which has been successfully applied, with good results, good coordination office to meet the demands of contemporary business and has broad market prospects.更多还原
