面向MES的计划调度研究

【摘要】 制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)是企业计算机集成制造系统信息集成的纽带,是企业实施敏捷制造战略和实现车间生产敏捷化的基本技术手段,而计划调度作为提高车间生产效益的基础和关键已成为MES的核心模块之一。因此,面向MES的计划调度研究成为国内外诸多企业中的热点问题。 本文针对目前以多品种、小批量离散加工为特点的制造企业中粗略的任务调度、生产中异常处理周期长及在制品等待时间长等车间计划调度问题,提出了一种基于模板的计划调度管理方法,对目前计划调度工作进行改进与优化。 文中首先提出了基于模板的计划调度管理思路及月度生产计划模板、批次生产计划模板、工序级详细生产计划模板、动态调度模板的应用;进而详细讨论了计划调度中在批次生产计划基础上通过工序级详细生产计划模板制定详细作业计划的实现技术,研究了基于甘特图制定工序级详细生产计划及基于蚂蚁算法制定工序级详细生产计划的方法;最后给出了当实际生产过程出现生产异常时所应当采取的动态调度策略。 在此基础上,本文结合国家某大型国有企业的生产实际开发了相应的计划调度管理模块,并运用软件工程的思想,从软件设计的角度分析了计划调度管理模块的体系结构、信息建模并最终设计实现。

【Abstract】 Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is the tache of information integration of the Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems, is the basic technical means for the enterprise to implement agile manufacturing and realization workshop production agile. Planning and scheduling are the key problem to make production more efficient, more flexible and more reliable in a workshop and it’s becoming a key module of MES. Therefore, the planning and scheduling faced on MES is now a hot issue of many enterprises.In this paper we focused on the more varieties and small-batch processing features discrete manufacturing enterprises that have the rough task scheduling, a long life cycle of exception handling and a long waiting time for the work in process. To solve this problem we bring forward a planning and scheduling management method which can improve and optimize the current planning and scheduling works.First presented in the paper give a idea of template-based planning and scheduling management and the application of monthly production plan templates, batch production plan template, process-level detailed production plan template, dynamic scheduling application templates; and then discussed in detail the realization of using process-level production planning template to constitute work plan which based on batch production plan in planning and scheduling module. We also do many researches on the methods how to constitute process-level production planning based on Gantt chart and Ant Algorithm. Finally, give some dynamic scheduling strategy to deal with the abnormal in the actual production process.Based on above research, we developed a planning and scheduling management module for a country’s large state-owned enterprises, and using software engineering ideas, based on the point of view of software design, analyzed the system structure and information modeling of planning and scheduling management module and design and implementation finally.
