基于.NET的医院信息系统框架设计与实现

【摘要】 当今医院信息系统应用程序的规模和复杂性与日俱增,传统的软件开发方法,包括传统的面向对象设计方法,由于软件复用力度有限,难以进一步提高这种企业级应用系统的软件开发效率以满足用户的需求。框架是重要的面向对象软件复用方式,不仅提供了代码复用,而且实现了设计复用。基于框架进行二次开发可以有效地提高软件的开发效率。 论文的全部工作专注于基于.Net的企业应用开发领域中的框架设计与实现。论文首先对.NET框架进行了介绍,然后对框架技术进行了阐述,对框架的概念,特点,分类和组成元素进行了说明。并通过分析医院信息系统应用程序的特点和自身的结构,对软件开发中的通用过程进行了提炼和封装,最后提出和实现了一个基于.Net技术的企业应用系统可复用框架。 这个框架是一个基于.Net技术的应用框架,该框架分为四个组件:核心组件、关系对象映射组件、界面组件和附属组件;实现了依赖注入、缓存服务、O/R映射、页面布局、权限管理、配置管理等服务。论文中对于框架所提供的每一项服务功能都详细说明了需求与目标,进行了详细设计,并都给予了实现。 最后,通过了医院信息系统中的具体模块开发,验证了这个框架的有效性。

【Abstract】 As HIS (Hospital Information System) increasingly become larger and more complicated, the conventional software development approaches are difficult to improve the software development efficiency to meet the further user’s requirement. The framework is an important software reuse mode, which enables reuse of both code and more important architecture design. Therefore, application development based on the framework is far more likely to improve the software development efficiency. This framework is based on the research of the design pattern and framework theories, combined with .NET technology.The thesis concentrates on design and implement of framework about enterprise application based on .Net technology, In the thesis, we first describe the .NET Framework. And then describe the framework technology, which include the concept and the characteristic of framework. Next, we get the all communal processes of enterprise application via analyzing the feature of enterprise application and the software structure. At last, we gave a reusable application framework which based on .Net framework for MIRAI. This framework implemented dependency injection, caching service, ORM service, web-page layout, decorator service which based on ASP.Net, authorization management, configuration and so on. In the thesis, we described the requirement of every feature of MIRAI framework and also explained the design and implementation of EB.Net framework.Finally, this framework was validated by the development of one module in MIRAI.
