MES下的刀具管理及信息追踪技术研究

【摘要】 随着制造企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,为了及时准确掌握企业底层具体加工信息来指导上层做出合理正确的决策,企业对生产车间底层信息的实时跟踪和采集提出了更高的要求。对数控刀具信息的实时采集和跟踪,可以减少制造单元的加工准备时间,可以有效提高制造单元对刀具的调度以及对工序的安排,进而提高整个制造单元的生产效率。本文从这样的背景出发,对MES下底层信息采集中的刀具信息采集进行了以下研究: 1.根据数控刀具可能参与的所有业务,对刀具的全寿命周期模型进行了分析,并对刀具的信息模型进行了归纳,根据企业的切实需求给出了一套刀具管理及信息追踪解决方案。 2.针对数控刀具独特的加工性能和需要,在进行了对比研究的基础上,给出了一套合理可行的数控刀具标识方案,并根据企业的具体情况设计了符合要求的刀具编码方案。 3.研究了数控机床联网以及数控刀具在线信息追踪采集问题。通过采用现有成熟技术并进行适当处理,实现了系统与对刀仪,系统与数控机床的联网并成功进行刀具信息追踪采集,在此基础上,根据企业需要,对刀具寿命进行了初步管理。 4.刀具管理及信息追踪系统实现。在分析了企业需要,以及系统的功能和体系结构后,利用UML等工具进行了系统设计,采用Java语言与Oracle数据库技术实现了系统,并在具体车间进行了实例验证和具体应用,初步达到了预期目标。

【Abstract】 Along with the complete between corporations become more and more furious, for the sake of master the idiographic information of the bottom of the corp. to supervise the top of the corp. to make the correct decision, higher requirement to the real-time information collection and tracking of enterprise bottom manufacturing cell is put forward. The tool real-time collecting and tracking can reduce the prepare time of the manufacturing cell, improve the attemper of the tool and the schedule of the processes availably, then improve the produce rate of all the manufacturing cell. Based on the background above, this paper researches the tool info collection of the Data Collection based on MES as follows:1. Analyze the Cycle-Life model of tool following all of the possible operations, and conclude the information model of the tool, put out a solve project of tool management and information tracking.2. Contrapose the special need and manufacturing capability, put out one logical and feasible project of the tool mark identification based on the research and compare, and design a correct mark regulation for the idiographic condition of the corporation.3. Research the network of the lathe and tool online information collection and tracking. Through dealing with the results which Based on the current technology, System realize integration with tool detective and lathe, realize the tracking and collecting tool information. And upon all of these, make a little research on tool life management.4. The realization of the tool management and information tracking system. After analyze the need of the corporation, the functions and the structure of the system, design the system by UML modeling tool, realize the system using java programming language and Oracle database technology. And use the system in a manufacturing cell, obtain the pre-target.
