捷联惯性/GNSS组合导航系统通用测试平台的研究

【摘要】 组合导航系统为飞机提供位置、姿态等导航信息,是飞机安全飞行的重要航空机载设备,因此设计一套能够对组合导航设备进行全面测试并诊断故障的系统具有极其重要的意义。本文在对某型捷联惯性/GNSS组合导航系统的功能、对外交联关系及输出信号进行分析的基础上,提出了构建该系统测试平台的方法,并研究了软硬件设计中关键技术的实现方法,具有很强的工程实践参考价值,为其它机载设备测试平台的建立提供了一个成功的参考案例。 本文研究的测试平台采用虚拟仪器技术,基于工控机的硬件平台,所有的测试板卡都安装在工控机插槽上,利用工控机的强大功能,完成信号采集、任务管理等功能。测试平台的软件采用LaBVIEW图形化编程语言,实现系统测试、故障检测、用户管理、测试系统维护以及测试报告管理等功能。所设计的测试平台具有操作简便、功能齐全等特点,能够很好的满足用户的要求。 在硬件设计中,对模拟量和离散量的采集进行了分析,给出了应用实例,对状态选择器的设计进行了研究,重点研究了基于计算机ISA总线的ARINC429总线传输的硬件设计,最后对抗干扰和防差错设计进行了分析。 软件是虚拟仪器的灵魂,虚拟仪器测试系统能否正常运行,在很大程度上取决于软件。本文对虚拟仪器的软件结构进行了分析,在此基础上对各层软件的实现进行了阐述,并结合本测试系统的软件设计进行了论证,研究了VISA体系的应用,重点研究了仪器驱动库的建立和DLL文件的应用;同时对测试系统软件设计中经常出现的多任务编程进行了重点分析,因为这对于测试软件的执行效率和正确性起着重要作用。 故障检测和故障诊断在测试系统中的地位越来越重要。本文中提出了系统的地检信息在故障检测中的应用,在此基础上,对基于专家系统的故障诊断理论进行了研究。 本文对测试平台的建立进行了理论分析和实践研究,所研究的测试平台具有很好的通用性,稍加改动,就可以应用到别的测试系统中。
【Abstract】 Integrated navigation system provides the navigate information of position to the airplane, it is the important equipment for airplane safety flight. This artical analyses the function,external connection and output signal of the SINS/ GNSS Integrated navigation system, puts forward the method of setting up a test platform, and then studies the methods of the key technique for soft and hardware. This artical provides a success example for the establishment of other test platforms .The test platform based on the computer hardware platform adopts the virtual instrument technique, the signal connection and task management is completed by the computer. The software which adops the Labview program language achieves the fuction of system test, fault examination ,user management,system maintenance and report managment. The test platform designded has the characteristics of operation simple and function well-found, and it can be good to satisfy the request of the user.In the hardware design, the collection of simulation quantity and disperse quantity is analysed ,and then the examples are gived. In this part,the disign of state selector is studied, and the design of Arinc429 bus based on ISA bus is espically researched. At last, anti- interference and the design of defenging mistake is analysed.Whether virtual instrument test system can run well is decided by the software in a large extent. The software structure of the virtual instrument is analysed and then the realization of each software layer is explained; After that, the application of the VISA system is sudied, and espially the establishment of instrument drive and the application of DLL is studied. Also multitask systems which is important to the efficiency and validity of software is anlysed.The fault examination and fault diagnosation is more and more important in the test system. This artical puts forward the application of the system BIT, and then studies the fault examination theories based on expert system.The test platform studied in this aritical is flexibility and can apply to other test syatem with a little modify.
