人力资本、技术创新与中小型高新技术企业成长关系研究

【摘要】 作为知识和技术的重要载体，人力资本已经成为企业技术创新的关键资源，是企业成长最有价值的资产。本文在对人力资本理论、技术创新理论和企业成长理论的分析基础上，针对我国中小型高新技术企业在成长发展中存在的有关人力资本方面的一些问题，提出了人力资本水平、技术创新能力与企业成长的关系模型。在分析前人文献、成果的基础上，归纳整理了影响企业人力资本水平、技术创新能力以及衡量企业成长能力的关键因素。进而通过调查问卷的方式，统计等分析手段，提出了企业基于人力资本的技术创新和企业成长的对策、建议。本文的主要工作可概括如下： 第一，借鉴人力资本理论、技术创新理论和企业成长理论，深入分析了企业人力资本与技术创新的关系、技术创新与企业成长的关系、人力资本与高新技术企业成长的关系以及人力资本、技术创新与高新技术企业成长的关系，并建立了人力资本、技术创新与企业成长关系概念模型。 第二，剖析了影响企业人力资本水平、技术创新能力的关键因素和衡量企业成长性的主要指标，试探性地建立了人力资本对技术创新能力的影响模型、人力资本对企业成长的影响模型、技术创新能力对企业成长影响模型以及高新技术企业人力资本水平、技术创新能力与企业成长的关系模型。理清了调查问卷设计思想，设计了问卷，并选择了测量方式。 第三，详细界定了调查对象，分析了调研的可能性途径，最终得到了104家中小型高新技术企业的问卷调查数据，并对调查得到的数据进行了描述性统计分析和结构方程模型分析。分析结果显示了各评价指标对研究变量的影响大小、各个变量对所属维度的影响程度、变量间的关系和模型的拟合水平等，在此基础上对分析结果进行了讨论，并提出了相关对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The human capital as the important carrier of knowledge and technology has been the key source of the firm technological innovation and the most valuable asset of firm growth. Based on the analysis of human capital theory, technological innovation theory, firm growth theory and some human capital problem during the firm growth and technological innovation which our small and middle-sized high-tech enterprises have been facing, the relation model about the human capital situation, technological innovation ability and firm growth was brought out. Based on the analysis of document, the key factors about the human capital, technological innovation ability and firm growth were concluded and analyzed. After investigation, through statistic, the connection among the human capital situation, technological innovation ability and firm growth was studied and advice was formulated. The present dissertation was intended to be creative in the following respects:Firstly, based on the human capital theory, technological innovation theory, firm growth theory, the relation ship between the human capital situation and the technological innovation ability, the technological innovation ability and the firm growth, the human capital situation and the firm growth were been analyzed thoroughly. After that, the concept model about human capital situation, technological innovation ability and firm growth was been brought out.Secondly, the key factors about the human capital situation, technological innovation ability and firm growth index were studied and concluded. The effect models about the human capital situation and technological innovation ability, the human capital situation and firm growth, the technological innovation ability and firm growth were been brought out trially. The investigation table was been designed and select the suitable measure means.Thirdly, after defining the investigation object and analyzing the possibility about investigation means, the investigation was carried out and the investigation data about 104 middle-sized high-tech enterprises were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study result shows how the indexes affect his variable and test the models that brought out previously. Based on that, the advices were formulated.更多还原
