数据挖掘技术在六西格玛管理中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着企业信息化的快速发展和六西格玛管理的深入应用，面对企业积累的大量数据，六西格玛管理面临着如何有效处理大量复杂数据的问题。而数据挖掘是从大量的、模糊的数据中，提取隐含其中的有用信息和知识的过程。通过运用数据挖掘的算法和技术对数量巨大的数据进行统计分析，可以弥补六西格玛管理在运用企业已有数据库信息和处理海量数据方面的不足。 正是在这种背景下，本文对数据挖掘技术与六西格玛管理的整合及应用进行了初步的研究。 首先，为了充分利用企业的信息资源，从根本上实现六西格玛与数据挖掘技术的整合，对六西格玛管理方法及其工具软件Minitab与企业信息系统的集成接口进行了分析、设计与实现，并开发了相应的集成接口应用程序，这使得六西格玛管理软件直接利用数据库或数据仓库中的数据成为可能。 其次，讨论了数据挖掘技术与六西格玛管理法整合的必要性、两者的共同特征、两者的不同之处以及整合途径，并强调了两者的整合主要侧重于数据挖掘技术在(测量)M—(分析)A阶段的应用；随后，在整合的基础上，研究了数据挖掘技术在六西格玛管理中的应用。 最后，通过对一个实例的研究，将数据挖掘中的主成分回归技术应用到企业的六西格玛管理的具体流程中，对整合的理论和方法进行了验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the quickly development of the information system and the applications of Six Sigma in manufacturing and service company, six sigma faces the problem how to analyze the vast of data effectively. Whereas data mining is to find these valuable information from the vast of blurry data, so it can compensate for the shortcoming of using the existed data storing in other database and processing vast of data by applying the data mining technology to the six sigma management.Because of this, this paper attempts to combine the data mining and six sigma management.First, in order to make the best of the organization’s information resources and come to the combination radically, this paper analyses, designs and achieves the integration interface of Minitab and Business Information System, and develops corresponding application programs of the integration interface. It makes six sigma can use directly the data in Database or Data Warehouse.Secondly, this paper discusses the necessity, common characters, differences and combination ways, and points out that the combination should focus on applying data mining to the stage of (Measure)M and (analyze)A of six sigma management, then studies of applying the statistical methods of data mining to six sigma management.Finally, an actual case is given to describe how to apply the principal component analysis(PCA) to six sigma process, the case has a role to verify the combination’s theory and means.更多还原
