支持装配件的标准件库关键技术研究与实现

【摘要】 随着CAD技术的广泛应用和制造业全球化的发展,作为重要的设计资源的标准件的使用变得越来越频繁,通常标准件在产品中占有的零件个数可能会达到60%左右,因此使用标准件可以大大提高产品的设计效率。但是随着人们对产品设计的要求越来越高,传统的标准件库系统的缺点也逐渐显露出来。首先,由于传统标准件库大多数不支持组合件,使得需要重复使用标准组合什的设计人员工作效率低下。第二,由于传统的标准件库系统仅面向单一的CAD平台,使不同用户在共享标准件库的信息时,需要进行大量的重复劳动,阻碍了生产效率的提高,第三,在非几何信息的重用方面现有的标准件库系统也不能提供很好的支持,第四作为资源库与PDM系统的集成度不高。 针对传统标准件库存在的问题和企业的应用需求,本文提出了适应不同CAD平台,可支持装配组件的标准件库系统的实现方案,探讨了标准件库系统与AVIDM系统的集成方法,并在UG、Pro/E平台上对系统进行了验证。论文的主要工作如下: 1.针对标准件库系统不能与PDM系统进行数据交换的问题,深入研究了PDM系统与标准件库系统进行集成的思路与方法,探讨了PDM系统AVIDM中数据的写入与读出的方法,完成了AVIDM系统对数据的统一管理。 2.针对标准件库仅运行在单一CAD平台的问题,在充分研究了不同CAD平台造型特点和参数命名规则的基础上,探讨了不同CAD平台的造型功能,总结出一套不同CAD平台的参数映射规则,从而完成了标准件库的跨平台功能。 3.针对标准件库不能支持装配组件的问题,在深入分析装配体的造型原理和尺寸刷新方法的基础上,结合不同CAD平台的造型特点,总结出了装配件的调用方法,并在UG、ProE平台上进行了验证。 4.根据不同用户负责型号的不同,提出了优选集的概念,为每个型号建立优选集模型,根据用户负责的型号信息,结合用户登录权限,可以生成所需的优选集,大大提高了用户选择标准件的效率。

【Abstract】 With the development of CAD technology, as the important design resource, the application of standard part libraries in design is becoming more and more popular. Commonly, standard parts is almost 60 percent of the product, so with the help of standard part library, efficiency of design can be well improved. But the traditional standard part libraries have several defects. Firstly, the traditional standard part libraries can not manage assembly models, which made the assembly model designer very inefficient. Secondly, for the reason that the traditional standard part libraries can only be used in single CAD platform, when customer wants to share part information, he must do much repeated work, which prevents efficient improvement. Thirdly, current standard part libraries can’t support reuse of non-geometry information well. Fourthly, as a resource library, it has low integration capability with PDM system.In the light of the problems above, the paper advanced the achievement method of the standard part library which can be used in the different CAD platform and can manage assembly models, and studied the integration of standard part library and AVIDM. The system has been validated in the UG and Pro/E platform. Main research work and achievements are as follows:1. Aiming at the problem that standard part library can not exchange data with PDM system, the integration method of AVIDM system and the standard part library was studied. According to the method of data input and data output of AVIDM system, finished the data management of AVIDM system.2. In allusion to the defects that the current standard part library can not be used in the different CAD platform, the rule of parameter parallelism was summarized based on intensive research on the modeling trait of the different CAD platform. The modeling module of different CAD platform was accomplished.3. Considering the defect that the current standard parts library can’t support assembly parts, based on analyzing the requirement of the customers and the modeling method of assembly models. According to the modeling characteristic of different CAD platform, achieved the use of assembly models, and validated it in the UG and Pro/E platform.
