涡扇发动机主轴承环下供油方法分析研究

【摘要】 航空燃气涡轮发动机转子采用的止推滚珠轴承,DN值高,负荷大,工作条件比较恶劣。目前国外先进发动机采用环下供油方式,改善滑油在轴承内的流动情况,使滑油经过内圈孔,均匀的润滑了整个内外圈,提高了润滑效率,减少了轴承损伤。环下供油方法在国际上具有领先水平,仅只有国外几个著名发动机公司掌握,国内目前正在研究中。 本文试图在深入发掘相关资料的基础上,理解和掌握有关的基础理论,综合运用所学知识,探索研究环下供油方式的基本原理和设计方法。 同时本文运用传热学原理对环下供油方式下某型航空发动机轴承腔进行了热分析;分析了轴承腔的主要热源;建立了轴承,石墨密封的生成热及密封泄漏空气带入热量的计算模型。 本文采用热网络方法,按照有限差分方法的思想,将轴承腔系统离散成一组节点,根据Kirchhoff能量定律,在每个节点上列出一个Kirchhoff能量平衡方程式,用拟牛顿方法求解热平衡方程组。从而获得了8种不同工况下的温度场计算结果,计算分析与实际测试结果基本相符。

【Abstract】 Rolling bearings are used around the turbo-fan engines,and they are in very bad condition.In the high DN, the method is to use the inner ring oil supplying, improving the flowing condition of oil in bearings.It makes oil passing through the inner ring and lubricating the whole inner and outer rings symmetrical.The inner ring oil supplying method of bearings in aeroengines is very advanced in the word. It is mastered by several overseas companys of aeroengines and in our nation it is just in research.And the bearing oil cavity of one aeroengine to inner ring oil supplying by Heat Transfer are thermal analyzed. The major heat sources of bearing oil cavity are analyzed. The models for calculating heat generations of both bearing and carbon graphite seal are established.With the finite difference method, the bearing oil cavity system is dispersed into a group of temperature nodes. Based on kichhoff’s energy law, kichhoff’s energy equilibrium equation is established at each temperature node. These thermal equilibrium can be solved by quasi-Neton technique. Acquired the calculated results of the temperature fields of the bearing cavity are obtained from the solutions of 8 different operation conditions and are consistent with the practical results.
