基于现场总线技术的电子送经卷取系统

【摘要】 现场总线是连接智能现场设备和自动化系统的数字式、双向传输、多分支结构的通信网络,它的关键标志是支持双向、多节点、总线式的全数字通讯。CAN(Controller Area Network—控制器局域网)属于现场总线范畴,是一种有效支持分布式实时控制系统的串行通信局域网络。目前,已成为工业控制领域的热点之一。本文设计开发了一种基于ARM的电子送经卷取系统。电子送经卷取系统是纺织工艺流程的一个重要环节,其控制性能的优劣直接影响织机的织布质量。在分析了国内外送经卷取系统的发展情况以及送经卷取系统的工作原理和特点的基础上,选用了优良的硬件方案(ARM作为主控器)和软件算法方案(模糊PID算法),设计出性能优良、符合国内外发展趋势的电子送经卷取控制系统。同时,采用性能优越的现场总线—CAN总线,建立织机的监控网络,实现纺织厂生产的自动化管理。该系统所要研究的关键技术有两个:一是织机控制系统中经纱张力保持恒定的问题,二是CAN总线通讯的实现。根据确定的系统方案和实现系统功能所需要的硬件资源,设计出以PHILIPS公司的ARM7 LPC2119为主控制器的主控制板,以及由张力环构成的闭环负反馈伺服系统,根据控制要求和实际情况选取了张力传感器、交流伺服电机和编码器等。利用CAN总线组成织机的监控网络,实时地监控织机的工作状态,并将相关参数传递给上位机。整个控制系统简单方便、具有较好的可靠性和实时性。同时,开发具有自主知识产权的送经卷取系统也有助于提高我国织机的档次和技术水平,对我国的纺织机行业起到积极推动的作用。

【Abstract】 The fieldbus is a digital, two-way transmission and multi-branched structure communication network which connects the intelligent field equipment and automatic system. Two-way, multiple joint and bus digital communication is its pivotal symbol. CAN belongs to the field bus category, it is a kind of serial communication local area network which effectively supports the distributivity real-time control system. Now it has become hotpot in industry control domain.A kind of electronic let-off and take-up system based on ARM is presented in this dissertation.The electronic let-off and take-up system is an important link of textile technology. Its control performance affects the loom’s weaving quality directly.Based on analyzing the development of electronic let-off and take-up system at home and abroad as well as the principle and feature of the electronic let-off and take-up system, excellent control scheme of hardware(ARM controller) and software algorithm(fuzzy PID) of system is adopted.Fine performance and conforms to the domestic and foreign development tendency’s electronic let-off and take-up system is designed.At the same time, the performance superior field bus-CAN is adopted, established the monitoring network, realizes the textile production automated management.There are two essential technology in this article: one is to keep consant of warp tension in loom control system, the other is the communication realization based on CAN.According to the system scheme and the hardware resources which are needed to reslize the function, a circuit board using ARM7 LPC2119 of PHILIPS and the negative feedback servo control system by tension loop are designed. And the tension sensor、AC srevo-motor and encoder are also selected by the require and actual situation.The monitoring network of loom is established by the CAN-bus, it can monitor the functional state of loom in real-time, as well as delivering the correlation parameters to the personal computer.The whole control system is simple and convenient, it has better reliability andreal-time property. In the meantime, exploiting the let-off and take-up system which has independence intellectual property rights could help to enhance the quality and technical merit of our country, and play a positive role in loom industry.
