基于现场总线控制系统的组态软件研究

【摘要】 目前,组态软件在基于CAN总线控制系统中的应用并不多见。一般CAN总线的上位机监控软件开发主要有两种方法:一是单独开发上位机软件,实现上、下位机通信,但是势必造成重复劳动;二是使用专门的连接工具,把CAN总线和商业化的组态软件相连,但是商业化的组态软件价格昂贵,对于一些中小企业和高校教学很难接受,而且与企业的实际需要还有较大距离。所以,开发出协议简单、通信可靠的CAN总线控制系统的组态软件是十分必要的。本组态软件建立在CAN总线控制系统的硬件平台上。首先,在研究组态软件体系结构的基础上,采用模块化设计方法实现了组态软件的基本功能框架,确立了组态软件的总体设计方案,使组态软件具有实时数据库、图形组态和I/O驱动的功能。然后,具体研究和设计了各模块。在实时数据库中,研究了数据对象模型、数据存储、与Windows系统融合、组态数据库的ADO技术;在图形组态中运用了多线程技术提高程序的效率,使系统在交互上更加友好;在I/O驱动程序中,主要是利用动态链接库技术来实现的,在驱动程序底层通信编程中,具体实现了利用MS Comm控件来完成串口通信。最后,将本组态软件应用于CAN总线的实验教学,使CAN总线控制系统组网更方便,控制更直观、简洁。本组态软件有效地减少了工程人员开发上位机软件的重复工作,提高其工程开发效率;并将本组态软件应用于高校的CAN总线实验教学。同时对CAN总线技术组态软件的开发具有一定的推动作用,对其它总线的组态软件的研究与实现也具有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 At present, the configuration software is not applied too much in the CAN bus control system.Generally,the exploitation of computer-Monitored software of CAN bus mainly has two kinds of methods:the first method is exploiting the computer-Monitored software alone,which realizes the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer,but this must bring forward repeat labour;the second method is using the connecting tool,which connects CAN bus and commercial configuration software, but commercial configuration software is expensive, this lead to the medium-sized and small enterprises and universities teaching are very difficult to accept,and which doesn’t reach the actual need of enterprises.So expoiting the CAN bus control system of the easy protocol and reliable communication is very necessary.The configuration software is built on the hardware flat of CAN bus control system. First,based on researching the system structure of FCS and configuration software, basic functions of configuration software was realized, general design scheme was made sure.This confituration software had the functions of real time database by adopting modularization designing,graphical configurate, I/O driver and so on.Secondly,these modules were designed and researched congretely.in real time database, the data object model,data memory, combining with Windows system,database configuration’s ADO technique were studied ;in graphical configurate,multithread technique was adopted for improving the procedure efficiency, system was especially amicable on interactive;In I/O driver,it was made true by using of dynamic linking library (DLL),in the program of bottom communication,serial communication was realized concretely by MS Comm.Last,the configuration software was applied in CAN experiment teaching,which made the CAN bus control system which is controlled more concisely and directly by using it,linked with the internet more conveniently.The configuration software decreased effectively the repeat labor of exploiting the upper computer software by engineer, whose project developing efficiency was improved;And the configuration software was applied in universities CAN bus teaching.At the sametime,the exploitation of the configuration software was pushed based on CAN bus,as a reference for researching and realizing the configuration software of those fieldbus.
