基于Web的汽车起重机支腿CAD系统的研究

【摘要】 随着网络技术的飞速发展,基于网络的CAD技术已经日渐成熟。开展基于网络的协同设计,使设计者和企业相互之间突破地理位置的限制,达到了信息共享与交流。针对国内外网络技术在制造业中的发展情况和汽车起重机CAD系统协同设计的应用情况,本文利用CAD技术和网络技术相结合,以汽车起重机支腿为例,在B/S/W模式下,以绘图软件SolidWorks为平台,采用ASP技术实现了网络化协同设计。本论文的主要特点是利用VB对汽车起重机支腿进行基于SolidWorks的二次开发,把对支腿的各个部件的开发程序封装成一系列组件,并且每一个组件均设有关键参数的输入接口,然后利用ASP组件技术,通过ASP在网络中实现这些组件的调用。客户端只需要在网页中输入各个部件对应的关键参数,服务器就可以根据用户输入的信息调用绘图组件,绘图组件就会在后台调用服务器端的SolidWorks进行绘图。最终的设计结果以三维图片的形式显示在客户端的浏览器上,从而实现汽车起重机支腿的网络化协同设计。本文将在线设计技术、参数化实体造型技术、图形的网络浏览和装配技术集于一体,并设有电子白板和聊天室等能够实现在线交流的协同设计功能,使设计人员在人机交互的条件下快速、高效的进行产品的设计。文中最后以QY25B汽车起重机的主要部件之一支腿的协同设计为例,验证了系统设计方案的正确性和可行性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of web technology, web-based CAD system has been gradually mature. Using Web-based cooperative design makes designer and enterprise broke geographic location restrict, achieved sharing and communion of information. For international web technology in developing condition of manufacturing and track crane of CAD system in applying condition of cooperative design, CAD technology is well combined with web technology in this paper. Under B/S/W pattern, this paper realizes web-based cooperative design by taking an example of track crane legs, and using ASP technology which based on SolidWorks.The characteristic of the paper is the second development of track crane legs by virtue of VB based on SolidWorks, it encapsulates the design programs of legs into a series of components, one of which has an interface for key references, so that the client can transfer them through ASP on the internet. If the client input the corresponding key references of any part, the server would answer the demanding immediately, transfer the component to draw by SolidWorks. Finally, the client would get a visual figure on his browser. Thus it realizes the web-based collaborative design of track crane legs.This paper integrates the technology of design on line, parameterized solid modeling, browse of web-based figures, and assembly design, setting electric white board and chat room etc. which can help the design quickly and efficiently. Finally, this paper takes an example of legs that is one main part of QY25B track crane, which verifies veracity and feasibility of the result.
