发动机试验台测控系统研究

【摘要】 本文对发动机试验台进行了测控方案研究及测控系统的软、硬件设计,并从仿真和试验两方面对系统的测控性能进行了验证。发动机是一个典型的多输入、多输出、非线性、时变的复杂系统,对其建模十分困难。因此在比较了模糊控制和PID控制后,结合二者优点,采用模糊-PID控制方法。系统根据测功机控制原理,结合模糊和PID控制理论,设计了模糊-PID控制器。系统采用Visual C++6.0为开发环境,利用面向对象的设计思想,开发了台架试验控制软件。软件具有发动机和测功机数据采集,测功机控制参数的计算和输出,数据处理等功能。在完成系统的软硬件设计后,对试验台进行了动力学分析,对发动机的转矩、转速、油门开度和测功机的励磁电流进行仿真研究,理论上论证此测控系统的可实现性。本文详细论述了微机控制发动机试验台架系统的软硬件设计。台架的开发是结合现有的PBD WC110电涡流测功机,针对汽车发动机运转工况而进行的。台架硬件以PC机为核心,配以外围接口电路,放大装置和传感器,构成闭环控制系统。主要完成发动机的转矩、转速的控制以及发动机温度等参数的采集和处理。经过实际运行试验,证实其方法具有良好的动态和稳态性能。

【Abstract】 Controlling methods, software and hardware of measuring and controlling system of engine test bed are designed. The measuring and controlling performance is researched from simulation and experiments.The engine is the most representative, complex system of multi-input, multi-output, nonlinearity, time-variation. After comparing the fuzzy control method and PID control method, Fuzzy-PID control method is presented based on the merits of both. The fuzzy-PID control theory is combined with the control principle of eddy current dynamometer and a basic fuzzy-PID controller is designed.This system takes Visual C++ 6.0 as the development platform, utilizing Object-Oriented Program to develop the software for test bed control. The software has many functions such as data collection of the engine and dynamometer, control parameters calculation and output of the dynamometer, curve processing etc. After the hardware and software are designed and dynamics of the test bed is analysted, the simulations are researched of rotate speed, torque, the opening of throttle of the engine, excitation current of the eddy current dynamometer and the realization of the system is demonstrated in theory.Software and hardware design of the engine test bed are introduced in details in this thesis. The development of the test bed is based on the PBD WC110 eddy current dynamometer. Taking PC as the core, the multifunction interface card, circuit and sensor are formed into a closed loop control system. The main function of the test bed is to control the rotate speed and torque of the engine, and to collect and process such performance parameters as temperature of the engine. It was proved through experiments that the better performances of the system in both dynamic and steady state.
