综合性大学本科非环境类专业的环境教育调查与研究

【摘要】 环境管理的本质是管理人的行为,环境教育作为环境管理的一个基本手段,通过教育提高人的环境素质,规范人的环境行为。由于高等教育在整个教育体系中占有重要的地位,大学生是未来社会发展的主要力量,也是人类环境的保护者和创造者。因此,提高大学生的整体环境素质,促进高校环境教育的建设与发展,是中国可持续发展能力建设的一个重要内容。本文以中国综合性大学非环境类专业的环境教育为研究对象,将理论研究与调查实践相结合,分析环境教育的现状与不足,并提出改进措施,以期对中国高校环境教育的发展提供有价值的参考。首先,论文对国际环境教育的发展概况做了系统的描述,总结前人在环境教育方面的研究成果,并对中国高校环境教育的发展和研究进展做了系统的概述,为综合性大学本科教育中的非环境类专业环境教育研究作铺垫。其次,通过实证调查,对学校环境教育从学生环境素质、环境教育现状和环境教育的课程教学三方面进行研究,分析得出我国综合性大学本科非环境类专业的环境教育现状及其特点,如:社团活动、环保宣传和专题讲座是学校环境教育的三大主要形式;学生环境素质的高低与学校环境教育开展的实际情况成正相关;环境类选修课程具有地域性特点,并以自然科学类的课程占多数。同时分析得出存在的主要问题,如:大学生对环境问题关注程度不够,环境行为主动性不强;学校开展的环境教育活动较少,且流于形式,环境教育体制不完善,缺少活动资金;存在环境类选修课程数量偏少,课程结构不合理,课堂气氛欠活跃,授课方式单一等。论文在分析清华大学绿色教育和北京大学绿色示范课程两个典型案例的基础上,针对我国综合性大学本科非环境类专业的环境教育提出“综合型环境教育”的对策,以及课堂内、外环境教育的具体建议。在以上研究的基础上,论文依据作者的教学实践经验,从课程性质、目的、师资要求、内容与教学安排、授课方式、框架式双语教学尝试等七个方面,提出在综合性大学开设环境类必修课程——《环境保护与可持续发展》的设想。

【Abstract】 As environmental problems have topped social concerns around the world, environmental education has attracted more attention. Higher education is an important section of the entire education system, therefore it is critical for us to strengthen and address issues of environmental education in higher education in China.This paper has made a systematic analysis of the present situation of the environmental education to the undergraduate students of non-environmental majors in Chinese comprehensive universities and proposed some suggestions to improve environmental education methods in higher education. This research aims to illustrate feasible ways of achieving better environmental education throughout Chinese universities.Firstly, the paper has described the progress of the international environmental education and summarized the former people’s researches. Moreover, it has described the environmental education’s development of the higher education in China. These are the bases of the following researches.Secondly, this article surveys on the environmental education to the undergraduate students of non-environmental majors in Chinese comprehensive universities from three aspects: environmental diathesis of the students, status of environmental education in China and the courses of the environmental education. Following the research on these three aspects, we analyze the characteristics and disadvantages of environmental education within higher educational system. There are three main ways in the university to carry out the environmental education, environmental NGOs, environmental protection propaganda and courses of lectures. Students’environmental diathesis is closely relevant to the status of the environmental education. Regionality is one of the main characters of environmental education course. In addition, there are also some disadvantages in the environmental education. Such as, students do not pay more attention to the environmental problems and have low go-aheadism in the environmental protection. Universities do not have environmental education activities frequently and lack of environmental education funds. Moreover, elective courses of environmental education are not well designed in the teaching way.
