【摘要】 进入新世纪,中国高等教育处于新的发展变革时期。而且随着高等教育国际化形势的推动,我国为追赶世界一流大学,目前正在进行研究型大学的建设。因此,就势必牵涉到对研究型大学内部学术组织机构的改革和创新,以使它们更好的适应学科发展的需要,更好的发挥研究型大学承担的三项职能——培养高层次人才、发展高科技和为社会提供高水平服务。美国拥有世界上众多的高水平研究型大学,这些大学学术组织机构的设置相对比较完善,发展较为成熟,有值得我们借鉴的地方。因此,本文在系统观点和权变的现代组织结构理论的指导下,采取综合和个案相结合的研究方法,首先对中美两国大学传统的学术组织机构进行历史考察,然后又有针对性地对两国12所研究型大学传统的学术组织机构进行统计分析和研究。接着再从更加微观的角度,对这12所研究型大学所代表的新型学术组织机构的主要组织形式进行类型分析,并对我国研究型大学新型学术组织机构的运行困难进行了总结分析。最后,根据前文研究的成果,本文又对中美研究型大学学术组织机构进行了综合的异同比较,并根据我国研究型大学改革和创新学术组织机构的动因和构建原则,试图对我国目前正在建设的研究型大学学术组织机构的改革和创新提出一些建议,抛砖引玉,以期深入探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stride forward 21century, Chinese higher education is in the era of developing and reforming. It is one of significant measures about reformation and innovation of these academic organizations at Chinese universities, to restructure and build schools, departments, and other academic organizations. Moreover, with the driving of the innovatory tide, to come up with World-class universities, there is actively being built research universities in China. So, it will refer to reformation and innovation of academic organization setup, if they will better adapt studies’development, better exert the three functions of research universities: cultivating higher scholastics, developing advanced science and technology, providing high-level service for society.USA has many top-ranking research universities, and their academic organization setups are correspondingly well-rounded, and which worth while our attention。So, to better progress the study, this paper plans to adopt the method of combining integration and case specification, under the direction of system conception and organization structure theory.
