MEMS强链的UQS码及加密技术研究

【摘要】 强链是一种用在要害系统,指由于意外事故或人为破坏造成重大灾难性后果的系统中的能量门控或开关的机构能阻止外加能量通过屏障到达禁区内部。能打开此强链的唯一号码是一组独特信号。强链满足要害系统的四个安全主题,即隔离性、不兼容性、不可操作性、独立性。基于MEMS技术的强链具有可靠性高、尺寸小、成本低的特点,在武器装备、信息安全、金融保险等方面都有现实的应用或潜在的市场需求,具有重要的学术和实用价值。本文在综合国内国外研究现状的基础上,集成国内在MEMS技术上的研究成果,提出一种自主知识产权的基于MEMS技术的强链,其具有可靠性高,可重复使用的特点,并已成功应用于计算机安全认证和光纤网络的物理隔离等领域。另外其在计算机硬盘加密的研究中也有也有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 MEMS discriminator is a security device used in high consequence system, which can prevent power outside from entering into forbidden zone without permission. The sole key to the discriminator is the unique signals. The secure topic of MEMS discriminator spans a range of four issues: isolation; incompatibility; inoperability; independence. Advantages of the discriminator based on MEMS technology are high reliability, small size and low price. Therefore, it has the potential of application in military, information and finance security. By analyzing the results of former research, our team developed a new discriminator based on MEMS technology. With the merits of high reliability and auto reset function, this device was successfully integrated into the systems of computer authentication, and, furthermore, it’s potential of application in hard disc encryption was proved by several experiments.
