基于用户认知风格的手机信息构建研究

【摘要】 本文的研究主题是基于不同认知风格用户的手机信息构建的设计方法。随着计算机网络的无限扩展和电信技术的快速发展,信息环境开始走向恶化,用户在使用许多信息产品的时候,信息界面常常会使他们感到无助和沮丧,从而造成不良的用户体验。本文希望通对手机信息构建的研究,讨论适合用户使用的信息产品的信息构建方式。我们从近年来的热点——信息构建研究出发,逐一深入探索了信息构建的研究状况、手机的信息界面和对手机的信息构建,并从认知学角度研究了信息理解过程的三个层面,揭示了符合用户信息理解模式的信息构建是信息理解的关键,指出信息结构对用户的理解尤其重要。为了在用户对不同结构信息的反应方面作进一步的研究,文章深入探索了认知学领域中的认知风格范畴。研究证实不同认知风格的用户对不同格式信息的反应有所不同,从而影响了他们的信息获取效率。本文由认知风格实验结果得到不同风格类型的用户对不同信息呈现方式的反应,结合对手机信息构成要素的讨论,导出分别针对四种认知风格用户的手机信息架构设计准则。

【Abstract】 The topic of this paper is focused on the design methodology of mobile phone information architecture (IA) based on user cognitive styles. With the infinite expansion of computer networks and telecommunication technologies, the deteriorating information environment causes unpleasant experience while users are helplessly facing those frustrating interfaces of various information products.In this paper, we are dedicated to the discussion of information products’IA design which best suits the users by detailed research into mobile phones. Starting from basic theories of IA where recent attentions are drawn, we have gradually performed deep explorations into current works of IA, information interface of mobile phones and their IA construction, as well as the three levels in the process of information understanding from viewpoints of cognitive science, relying on which we have revealed that building an IA which matches the user’s information understanding mode is the key to comprehending information, and that the structure in which information is organized is of great significance to the user’s understanding.In order to probe users’reactions toward different information structures, we have taken cognitive styles within the field of cognitive science into account.
