【摘要】 文章首先分析公司银行业务在商业银行中的地位,并介绍主要发达国家和国内商业银行公司银行业务的发展概况,明确公司银行业务对于商业银行发展战略的重要性。文章对上海浦东发展银行(以下简称浦发银行)公司银行业务的发展现状进行简要分析,并对主要竞争对手,包括外资银行、四大国有银行、股份制商业银行的公司银行业务优劣势进行研究。文章重点对浦发银行的网点布局、人员设置、客户结构和产品结构进行深入调查和研究,并从这四个方面与主要竞争对手进行细致比较和分析,得出浦发银行公司银行业务的主要优劣势。文章根据上述比较分析,提出浦发银行公司银行业务的发展战略,指导思想、战略重点以及战略步骤。文章最后在该发展战略的指引下,深入研究和详细指导浦发银行的网点策略、客户策略、产品策略以及人才策略。文章通过以上调查、研究和分析,对浦发银行公司银行业务发展战略具有重要指导意义,同时也对其他商业银行具有借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis analyzed the importance of corporate banking in the commercial banks, and introduced the development of the corporate banking in main developed counties and in China first.The thesis did some research for the current status of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (call as follows: SPDB) corporate banking and analyzed the strength and weakness of the primary competitors, including the foreign banks, four state owned banks and the public owned banks. The thesis laid emphasis on the research of the branches’layout, the personnel position, the customers’structure and the products’structure. And the thesis carried on meticulous comparison and analysis for the SPDB with its main competitors from these four aspects, and then drew out power and weakness of SPDB corporate banking.According to above-mentioned analysis, the thesis put forward SPDB corporate banking strategy, guide thought, strategic point and strategic steps. The thesis made thorough research and put guidance to the branch tactic, the customer tactic, the product tactic and the personnel tactic in details. According to the above investigation, research and analysis, the thesis was instructive to SPDB corporate banking strategy, and was also helpful to the other commercial banks.更多还原
