基于SOPC技术的介质损耗测试系统的研究

【摘要】 为了保证电力系统的安全运行,需要经常对高压电气设备进行绝缘检测。高压电容型设备在电力系统中占有很大的比例,而介质损耗因数是反映其绝缘状况的重要参数。然而,现有的介质损耗测试系统普遍存在稳定性差、精度较低、可扩展性差、软硬件无法及时升级等缺点,因此介质损耗测试系统的研究和开发具有十分重要的意义。本文对现有介质损耗测试系统进行了分析,并且结合了SOPC技术的发展趋势和实际应用现状,设计并实现了基于SOPC技术的介质损耗测试系统方案,该方案具有测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、可扩展性好、灵活性大等诸多优点。本文首先介绍了介质损耗测试的原理并对现有的介质损耗测量技术进行了分析对比,以谐波分析法作为基于SOPC技术的设计方案的理论基础。在确定系统总体设计方案后,给出了具体的系统硬件和软件的实现方案。本文对信号采集电路、信号调理电路、AD转换电路以及扩展性极强的SOPC综合开发平台等的硬件实现方案进行了详细的阐述。而软件方面则设计了用来实现介质损耗测试系统各个具体功能的IP Core和基于DSP Builder的高效率FFT算法及其IP Core;根据介质损耗测试系统的测试流程编写了基于Nios II高性能软核处理器的系统控制程序。

【Abstract】 In order to guarantee the power devices running safely in power systems, it’s very important to test the devices’insulation. High voltage capacitive-type equipment plays a very important role in power systems, and dielectric loss tangent is an important parameter to reflect its insulation condition. But existing dielectric loss test systems have a lot of shortcomings such as poor stability and expansibility, low precision and so on. Therefore, the study and development on the test system of dielectric loss has practical values.The design of dielectric loss test system based on SOPC is carried out in the paper, according to the analysis of existing systems and the development and application of SOPC. This design has many advantages such as high precision, good expansibility and flexibility.The theory of dielectric loss test system is introduced and existing systems are analyzed and compared in the beginning. Harmonic analytical method is the theory base of the design according to these analysis and comparison. Practical system design of hardware and software is developed after finishing the design of the whole system
