基于SOPC技术的电缆故障测距系统的研究

【摘要】 电力电缆在电力系统中的应用极其广泛,而快速排除电缆故障对提高电力系统供电的可靠性具有非常重要的作用。电缆故障测距设备的精度、效率和功能依赖于核心处理器的高速计算以及控制能力。目前,电缆故障测距仪器主要基于单片机开发,其计算分析功能弱,测距正确性差,智能化程度较低。随着电子信息技术的更新换代,高精度、功能强大的电缆故障测距系统的研究与开发有着重要的理论意义和广阔的市场前景。本文对国内外主要类型的电缆故障测距设备进行了比较和分析,同时根据当前电缆故障测距方法的发展趋势,提出一种基于SOPC(System On a Programmable Chip)技术的电缆故障测距系统的实现方案。该方案采用在FPGA芯片中植入Nios II嵌入式处理器的方法构造系统控制核心,其指令执行速度快,运行效率高,实时性强;采用Megacore IP软核生成FFT运算模块,可实现自相关分析对电缆故障距离的精确计算以及故障类型的判断;借助于Avalon总线,实现高速数据通道、SDRAM控制器、彩色液晶模块控制电路、键盘以及高速A/D等驱动模块的定制,增加了系统功能控制的灵活性。在方案确定之后,本文对整个电缆故障测距系统进行了详细的阐述。首先介绍电缆故障测距的原理,详细描述了基于行波的低压脉冲测距法以及自相关分析的理论应用。其次介绍了SOPC开发环境,包

【Abstract】 Electric cable is widely used in power system. It is very important to increase the reliability of power system by troubleshooting cable faults as soon as possible. The precision, efficiency and function of Cable Fault Detector depend on its core-processor’s computation and control ability. At present, the development of Cable Cault Detector is mainly based on single chip, and it has not performed well in computation, analysis, measurement and intelligent control. Therefore, it is significant to make further research on more advanced Cable Fault Detector, which has great adaptablity to the modern society with high technology.In this paper, domestic and international Cable Fault Detectors are compared and analyzed. Based on the development and requirements on Cable Fault Detector, a solution of SOPC (System On a Programmable Chip)-based Cable Fault Detector is presented. This solution embeds Nios II processor in the FPGA chip to construct system control unit, which has high execution speed, high efficiency and strong real-time ability. Meanwhile, the solution uses Megacore fuctions to generate FFT module, which realizes the Self-Correlation arithmetic to calculate fault distance and estimates the fault type.
