直膨式太阳能热泵热水系统微型自动控制器开发及其控制性能研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着太阳能热利用和热泵技术的快速发展,太阳能供热水技术逐步成为目前能源界研究开发的热点,直膨式太阳能热泵技术也逐步得到推广。然而,就直膨式太阳能热泵热水系统而言,还存在一些问题有待继续深入研究。本文则对直膨式太阳能热泵热水器的自动控制技术进行了研究,重点是系统的控制方案以及控制策略的研究,开发直膨式太阳能热泵热水系统微型自动控制器,并对其控制性能进行了相关研究。在本课题研究过程中,开展了以下的具体工作:1.针对我国的气候条件及城乡建筑的结构特点,自行设计并建造出一套具有小型化、实用化特征的直膨式太阳能热泵热水器样机。2.对直膨式太阳能热泵热水器进行了实验研究,根据实测数据对直膨式太阳能热泵系统进行热力学指标分析,提出直膨式太阳能热泵热水器系统的控制要求。3.根据直膨式太阳能热泵热水器工作性能以及系统控制要求,提出系统的控制方案以及控制策略,自行设计微型中央控制装置,以实现系统的制冷剂节流(循环流量)控制以及系统压缩机的容量控制,包括硬件SCH设计、PCB设计、软件算法、软件编制以及系统软硬件调试。4.对直膨式太阳能热泵热水器系统进行在线控制实验研究,分析微型控制器的控制性能,并在运行过程中,不断完善系统硬件以及软件设计,使控制装置更安全、稳定、可靠运行以及更符合系统运行规律。5.基于研究结果,提出可行的控制方案,包括目标过热度选取、压缩机频率匹配、控制方案确定和参数整定等;
【Abstract】 Recently, with the development of solar thermal utilization and heat pump technology, the technology of hot water supplied by solar energy become the focus of research and development in energy field gradually. Accordingly, Direct-Expansion Solar-Assisted Heat Pump Water Heater(DX-SAHPWH) technology is popularized step by step. However, as far as DX-SAHPWH technology, some problems are left to be researched thoroughly .This paper conduct the study of the auto-control technology of DX-SAHWPH system, focusing on the study of control scheme and strategy, and development the Micro-Controller of DX-SAHPWH system, as well as the control performance.In this paper, the main works are summarized as follows:Firstly, aiming at the characteristics of the climate condition and the rural & urban architecture, a miniature and practical DX-SAHWPH specimen system is built.Secondly, according to the experimental research on DX-SAHWPH system, thermal dynamics analysis is conducted, and control requirements of DX-SAHWPH system are put forward.Thirdly, according to the performance of DX-SAHWPH and the control demand, a central Micro-Control system is designed independently to achieve the throttling control of the refrigerant and the capability control of the compressor of the DX-SAHWPH system, including the SCH design、PCB design、software arithmetic、software compilation and the hardware & software debugging.Fourthly, experimental research is conducted on the DX-SAHWPH system, and control performance is analyzed. In the process of functioning, the hardware & software designs are improved to make DX-SAHWPH system run more safely、stably and reliably, and also more accordant with the function rule of DX-SAHWPH system.Finally, based on the research results, practicable schemes are put forward, including such as the selection of aim super heat, the frequency matching of the compressor, the establishment of control scheme, parameter deciding, and so on.
