宝钢ERW610焊管成型机组参数化建模技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 直缝焊管作为带钢二次加工的重要产品,与无缝焊管相比,具有生产耗能少、尺寸精度高、生产效率高等优点。随着焊接工艺以及成型技术、质量检测和控制技术的发展,焊管产品质量越来越高。另一方面,人类社会对于能源和环保的重视,使得焊管越来越多地代替无缝钢管,在国民经济各部门得到越来越广泛的应用。由于焊管成型过程复杂,成型质量不易控制,因此借助CAD/CAE/CAM现代设计方法,开展高频直缝焊管成型相关技术研究对于进一步提高焊管产品质量,开发新焊管产品具有很好的推动作用。本文以上海宝钢股份有限公司宝钢分公司钢管厂2005年引进的ERW610(Electrical resistance welding)排辊式焊管成型机组为研究对象,在总结和分析国内外焊管轧辊CAD技术研究现状的基础上,对高频直缝焊管机组参数化建模的关键技术及系统实现方法开展了较为细致的研究。本文将知识工程(Knowledge Based Engineering, KBE)技术及面向对象的思想引入到焊管成型机组参数化建模系统中,分析了基于知识的参数化建模的必要性和特点、思路分析,提出了基于知识的参数化建模方法的关键问题:建模过程中的知识获取、知识表示方法和知识应用。研究了基于知识的参数化建模技术,包括UG二次开发技术、UG的知识工程应用模块UG/KF(Knowledge Fusion)技术以及工程数据库技术。基于UG二次开发平台建立了系统框架;利用KF语言编写工程规则,建立工程规则与产品几何模型的联系,从而实现产品几何模型的知识驱动,并以具体的轧辊实例来说明,实现与UG二次开发模块之间的交互过程;通过数据库连接和与Excel表格的交互,实现不同存储方式知识的重用。基于上述方法,在UG平台上开发了宝钢ERW610焊管成型机组参数化建模系统。系统共分为三个模块:人机对话模块、知识模块和几何模块。人机对话模块用于设计要求、工程参数、零件信息等的输入和选择,

【Abstract】 As a kind of main product of secondary processing of strip steel, longitudinal welded pipe has many advantages such as low energy-consuming, high-precision, high-productivity compared with seamless pipe. With the development of welding process, prototyping technology, quality detection and control technology, welded pipe becomes more and more qualified. On the other hand, due to the attention to environment protection and energy of human beings, welded pipe is being widely used in many department of our economy replacing seamless pipe. Because of the complex and hard-manipulative process of welded pipe, modern design method such as CAD/CAE/CAM is used for developing research job of related prototyping technologies of ERW (Electrical Resistance Welding). The result of this research will greatly push the further development of the quality of welded pipe.On the basis of review and analysis of roll CAD technology, mill of ERW610 which imported by BAOSTEEL in 2005 is taken as background in this paper. The key technologies and realizable methods of parametric modeling are detailedly investigated in this paper.KBE (Knowledge Based Engineering) technology and the objected-oriented idea are applied in the parametric modeling system of ERW610 mill. This paper analyzes the necessity, characters and thought of Knowledge-Based parametric modeling and put forward its key problem: knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and knowledge application during the course of modeling.Studying on the technology of parametric modeling includes: UG secondary development, UG/KF (Knowledge Fusion) and database system.
