一种智能过充气机控制器的设计

【摘要】 轮胎胎压高低对汽车的行驶性能及安全有至关重要的影响。在汽车生产线上,不仅对轮胎的充气和过充气压力有精度要求,充气效率也是一个重要指标。针对生产线大批量轮胎充气的需要,本文设计并实现了智能过充气机控制器。本文对流体在收缩管中的运动规律进行了较为深入的分析讨论,给出了气源工作压力、气体流速和空气压缩机储气筒容积等参数的确定原则,确定了系统的充放气模型。通过分析充放气时间估算公式,提出了充放气控制方案。根据上述原则选用气源和气路元件,构建了充气机系统。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。本文详细介绍了过充气机控制器的软硬件设计。硬件设计部分包括信号调理电路、继电器控制电路的设计。软件设计部分给出了学习功能、直接充放气功能、键盘处理等主要程序流程图。本文最后出了实验数据,验证了过充气机控制器的性能。该控制器实现了自学习、对轮胎充气、放气过程进行自动控制的基本功能,提高
【Abstract】 Tire pressure is one of the important paraters to automotive performance and safety. In atutomobile production line, both process control precision of tire inflation pressure and inflation efficiency are importment.In order to meet the requirement of mass production, an intelligent inflation controller is designed, and high accuracy and efficient inflation process is implemented.Characteristics of flow in nozzle is analysed and discussed in depth.The design of system parameters, such as working pressure of air compressor, flow rate and the air reserve tank are presented. By analyzing inflation and deflation formula, inflation control scheme is proposed.Experimental results validate the analyses.The software and hardware design, especially the design of signal conditioning circuit and relay control circuit are presented in detail, as well
