基于以太网的PLC在锅炉灰渣处理系统中的应用

【摘要】 本论文,以施耐德公司生产的Modicon Quantum系列可编程序控制器(PLC)在锅炉灰渣处理系统中的实际应用为例,详细介绍了PLC控制系统的设计方法以及软硬件部分的实现过程。我们这次设计的对象系统是宝钢自备电厂的锅炉灰渣处理系统,该系统的主要任务是将锅炉燃煤后所产生的灰渣进行集中、储存并输送到指定的地点(如灰场)。了解灰渣处理系统的现场情况后,我们决定采取一台上位PC机、四台下位机PLC(三台单元PLC和一台共用PLC)、上下位机之间通过以太网进行数据通讯的整体设计方案。根据现场设备情况,我们选用施耐德公司生产的Modicon Quantum系列PLC模块进行下位机硬件配置,并利用配套的组态程序Concept进行软件设计。在软件部分设计过程时,我们借鉴DCS手操器模块的特点,针对PLC现有功能块过于简单、不利于编程和操作等方面的缺陷,提出了基于单体设备的手操器功能块概念(DEVICES/电动机功能块和HSVS/电磁阀功能块)。这种功能块是针对电动机和电磁阀等单体设备的整体工作情况进行设计,能实现设备的整体监控,并在功能块基础上配备相应的类似于一个操作器的操作画面,以方便现场运行人员进行操作。这种功能块的应用可以使得写出的程序既简单又易读,还能减少大量的重复工作。而上位机的人机界面我们则采用Wonderware公司的InTouch程序进行设计,并在上位PC机与下位机PLCs之间采用以太网网络进行连接以实现整个系统的数据通讯。

【Abstract】 This paper, taking the application of Modicon Quantum Programmable Controller(PLC) in the ash system of boiler as an example, introduces the method to plan PLC control system and the process to design hardware and software.The main task of ash system is to collect and store the ashes brought by coals burning then carry them to the appointed place like the ash field. After surveying the ash system in detail, we planned the total scheme. The PLC control system includes a PC and four PLCs and adopts Ethernet network between PC and PLCs to realize data traffic. According to the equipments in the field, we adopted Modicon Quantum PLC to configure PLC’s hardware and program Concept to design software. It is noted that we created manipulator Function Blocks based on integral equipment. They were designed according to the running information of integral equipments like electromotor and electromagnetic valve so that we can monitor the integral equipments with them. Other than function block, we designed an interface like a manipulator so that the worker can manipulate the equipment easily. As for the man-machine interface (MMI), we adopted program InTouch developed by Woderware company.
