电子实验综合测试平台的软硬件设计

【摘要】 论文介绍了自主研发的一种教学仪器——用于电子实验的虚拟仪器综合实验系统。主要讨论了该系统的通用测试平台、系列化实验电路插卡的硬件软件的设计。论文首先介绍了虚拟仪器综合实验系统的设计原理;然后分别介绍了通用测试平台硬件实现和每个部分的硬件改进;接着说明了三个可扩展的系列化实验电路插卡的设计思路和硬件实现;最后讲述了虚拟仪器综合实验系统的软件实现方法。在对硬件的改进工作中,针对存在的问题进行重新设计。首先是将通用测试平台与计算机的通信接口EPP部分做了硬件调整,使之能与各种类型的计算机主板兼容,保证通信畅通;然后调整了信号源模块,更换匹配的SRAM,调整通道电路,增加输出滤波,使输出波形具有更高质量;接着,将采集部分的主要芯片AD9288(8bit)更换成精度更高的ADC800(12bit),并重新布局制板,使得通用测试平台等到更好的性能。在插卡设计当中,为本科生的实验教学,设计了RLC测试仪,有源滤波器和集成运放三种插卡。软件是虚拟仪器综合实验系统的重要的组成部分。所采用的软件编程环境是NI公司的LabWindws/CVI。因为CVI以标准C为核心,可以对计算机最底层硬件进行访问和控制,用它编写设备的驱动程序或端口访问程序,比最通用的虚拟仪器软件平台LabVIEW要方便的多。在软件的设计部分,本文详细阐述了通用测试平台中每个部分仪器功能的编程思路和实现方式。最后,讲述了三个插卡实验的软件设计。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the realization and design principle of experimental system-virtual instrument communicated with computer by Enhance Parallel Port. This system mainly consists of signal generation, high,speed data acquisition, series experimental circuit and corresponding soft.Lastly, we also analyse the errors Source of the system based on the data measured from the system,and give some anti-interference methods used in system.The signal generator is based on Direct Digital Synthesize, the maximal frequency of signal is 2.5MHz, the minimal frequency is 0.2Hz, its minimal resolution is 0.1Hz; in the module of data acquisition, we adopt a ADC which the range of sample frequency is 100KHz to 40MHz, and its resolution is 12 bits; the most digital logic is accomplished in CPLD (complex programmable logic device); the control and calculating is realized in computer, and the external hardware is communicated with computer by EPP of it; the software is programmed on the developing plat of Labwindows/CVI.Firstly this paper introduced the theory and technology of signal generator and data acquisition; secondly, it explains the realization of communication between system and computer, then it discusses the application of CPLD(complicated programmed logic device); last it describes programming environment.
