上海长江隧道衬砌结构整环试验与研究

【摘要】 上海崇明越江通道工程是上海市乃至国家重大基础设施建设工程之一,设计基准期为100年,采用盾构法施工。该隧道直径为15.0m,建成后将是亚洲最大直径的隧道。为了验证衬砌管片的承载能力和稳定性,把握施工荷载作用下的结构受力与变形,有必要进行衬砌1:1水平整环试验。因而本文针对该问题开展了如下几方面的研究工作: 1.介绍了盾构施工法的历史、发展现状以及在实际工程中的应用;汇总了隧道衬砌管片的截面形式、拼装方式、归纳现有的设计计算方法和计算模型。 2.详细介绍2006年2月至4月在上海浦东新区五号沟隧道管片生产基地进行的盾构衬砌整环结构1:1错缝拼装试验,在试验中结合以往衬砌试验经验,为该衬砌试件建立了一套新型的加载方法,并对试验方法进行了研究和探索。 3.对试验过程中所采集的大量数据进行分析处理,研究该衬砌结构在试验的不同荷载工况下的受力和变形性能,并获得重要参数,为衬砌结构的设计提供依据。 4.利用ANSYS软件对衬砌整环结构进行比较细致的三维有限元分析,通过加接触单元模拟混凝土接缝界面间的相互作用,并且对接缝处的螺栓进行模拟,有限元分析结果与试验研究结果相对比,得出有益的结论。

【Abstract】 The tunnel engineering of Shanghai—Chongming is Shanghai or one of the national important foundation facilities developments engineering, designs basis period as 100 years and adopts shield tunneling method to construct it. The tunnel’s diameter is 15.0 m; and then; it will be the biggest tunnel in the world. For verifying the tunnel lining loading ability and stability, holding the whole wreath to carry loading and transformation, it’s necessary to precede the tunnel lining 1:1 whole wreath experiment. As a result, this paper aims at those problems to do research work, as follow several aspects:This paper introduces the static tests of a full-scale shield-tunnel lining with staggered-joints in detail, which was done in the Wu Haogou.Pudong. Shanghai at February to April in 2006. And then, gathering data under six testing load cases is processed to deduce the important parameters of the lining design. Then, it precedes the analysis of inside transformation result, discussing the different analysis method and experimenting method to produce error result. At the end of this paper, finite-element computational software — ANSYS — is used to the numerical analysis of shield-tunnel lining. The bolts and interactive forces at the staggered-joints are simulated in the model of FEA, in which the nonlinear contact element is also considered to reach the instructional suggestions to the design.
