TFT-LCD电源管理集成电路的研究设计

【摘要】 随着便携式电子产品日益广泛的应用,多功能作为便携式电子产品的一项特色也不断地遇到新的挑战,同时对于电源管理类芯片,实现多种管理方案的集成亦具有极其重要的意义。本文对几种电源管理方案的原理分别进行了详细地分析,并归纳出了它们的特点。以此为基础,设计了一款多种电源管理方案相结合的多路输出芯片XDJ6313。文中对XDJ6313的设计进行了详细地论述,包括芯片的选型,系统指标的制定,系统功能的实现及仿真验证。芯片包括一个DC/DC、二个电荷泵和四个线性变换器结构。其中DC/DC的输出直接作为线性变换器的电源或经电荷泵的正向及负向倍压后作为线性变换器的电源。芯片设计中所采用的求和比较器和无损耗电流检测的特殊结构,大大减小了芯片的面积和电路的复杂度。该芯片可以在三种固定频率下工作,对所有的输出均采用了误操作定时闭锁,从而更有效地加强了对多种电源管理方案的管理。本论文所做的研究工作对其他同类芯片的设计具有一定的参考意义。芯片的设计采用了XX公司的0.6μm BCD工艺,利用Workview, Hspice等EDA软件,对芯片的子模块和整体电路进行了前仿真验证,结果表明所设计的电路能很好地实现预期的多种功能。
【Abstract】 With the wide use of portable electronics, multifunction is one of characteristics for portable electronics, which encounters some challenges. So the research on how to integrate several power management projects into one chip is of significance.Several kinds of power management projects are analyzed particularly in this paper, including the corresponding characteristics for every power management project. A multifunctional and multi-deferent chip, named XDJ6313 is given that follows. The design of XDJ6313 is described in detail in this paper, including the topology selection, the determination of system parameters, and the realization of system functions as well as simulation results. The chip is composed of one switching voltage converter, two charge pump converters and four line dropout regulators. In addition, the charge pump converters convert the output of switching voltage converter into the input of line dropout regulators. The novel summing comparator and the lossless current sensing construction are employed in this chip, which minimize the size of whole chip and complication level of circuits. This chip can work on three kinds of switching frequency, and there are Timer-Delay Fault Latch at all outputs, which can improve the management for XDJ6313. The works in this paper are of significance for somewhat reference to similar ASIC.The design of XDJ6313 employs the 0.6μm BCD process. The simulations for sub-blocks and whole circuits have been completed by using the EDA software, such as Workview and Hspice. The results of simulation indicate that the function of XDJ6313 is excellent.
