基于DSP的加速度计温度补偿系统设计与研究

【摘要】 加速度计是惯性导航系统中重要的惯性敏感器件,其输出与运载体的运动加速度成比例或一定的函数关系。因此,加速度计的输出精度直接影响惯性导航系统的精度。加速度计的精度除了设计上的固有特性以及受到制造工艺、内部结构的自身性能影响外,还与测试其精度时所处的环境因素有关。因此,对加速度计而言,环境温度是影响其精度的主要原因。本文通过研究加速度计数学模型随温度变化的规律,设计以DSP为核心的温度补偿系统,加以实时补偿,以提高加速度计的输出精度。本文主要做了以下主要工作:首先,根据温度补偿系统的要求,完成了系统各个硬件模块的设计。在系统硬件的基础上完成了温度补偿系统的软件设计。其次,在系统软、硬件设计的基础上,提出了石英挠性加速度计静态温度模型辨识及其温度误差补偿的方法;通过“加速度计的重力场1g静态翻滚实验”,应用二次函数最小二乘法和多项式拟合的方法,建立了加速度计静态温度模型;应用加速度计静态温度模型进行温度误差补偿,模型精度显著提高。最后,从硬件电路设计、印制电路板制作和软件设计等方面,分析了系统可靠性方面的设计,提出了具体的设计思路和方法。通过本文的完成,对惯性导航系统和加速度计的温度补偿系统有了更加全面的认识,为以后更好的研究奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 Accelerometer is important inertial navigation system, an inertial sensor. and vector output proportional to the acceleration or a relationship. Therefore, the accelerometer output accuracy directly affect the accuracy of inertial navigation systems. In addition to the acceleration of precision manufacturing and subject to the inherent characteristics of the design process, the internal structure of their own performance, also tested its accuracy and the environment when factors. Therefore, the accelerometer, the environmental temperature is the main reason for its accuracy. Through studying mathematical model accelerometer with temperature changes in the law designed to DSP core temperature compensation system. be real-time compensation, the accelerometer output to improve accuracy.This paper mainly on the following main elements :First, in accordance with temperature compensation systems. The various modules of the system hardware design. In a complete hardware system based on the temperature compensation system software design.Secondly, the system software and hardware design basis, Quartz Accelerometers a static model identification and temperature compensation for temperature error; Through the "static roller 1g acceleration of gravity experiment." quadratic function least squares polynomial fitting and application method, the temperature accelerometers static model; Application acceleration model for the static temperature compensation for temperature error, model accuracy improved significantly.Finally, the hardware circuit design, printed circuit board design and software production. The reliability of the system design, the specific design ideas and methods. In this paper, through the completion of the inertial navigation system and the acceleration of temperature compensation system with a more comprehensive understanding After the laying of a solid foundation for better research.
