基于PL3201的多功能电能表设计

【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展和电力体制改革的推进,未来几年,国内市场对电能表有大量的需求,同时,随着电子技术和通信技术的发展,许多功能更加强大的集成电路成为我们进行系统设计的首选,同时,电力系统中自动抄表和电费分时计量也对多功能电能表提出了更大的挑战。本课题正是在这样的背景下产生的,研究并实现了一种基于SoC(System on Chip)的多功能电能表。经典的多功能电能表设计都是以MCU(Micro Controller Unit)为控制单元,外围电路由计量芯片,载波芯片,红外通信芯片,时钟芯片等组成,系统设计较为复杂,成本较高。本文提出的多功能电能表以PL3201为主芯片,在单芯片上实现了电能计量、载波通信、红外通信、实时钟单元,充分满足了用户对多功能电能表提出的高性能需求,极大的简化了设计难度,并提高了系统可靠性,多功能电能表单芯片解决方案是一种全新的尝试。论文以安徽电能表规范为基础,充分分析了多功能电能表的需求本原理,针对各种各种能表规范为基础,充分分析了多功能模块的划分,进行了系统的硬件和软件设计,并就设计中的难点重点问题进行了讨论。论文对软件部分的阐述最为详细,为了充分发挥单芯片系统的功能,其内嵌功能模块需要逐一调试,为了实现可靠性及抗干扰设计,论文从多个角度采取了不同的解决方法。最后,本设计得到了最终实现。本论文的重点放在PL3201的应用上,因为目前国内这样的单芯片解决方案比较少。难点放在载波通信模块的实现上。因为本方案首次在通信中采用了码分多址的技术,使得不同台区之间的抄表干扰在很大程度上得到降低。本系统对于多功能电能表的开发提供了较好的参考作用,具有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and the the revolution of power system in our country, domestic market will have plenty of demands on muti-function power meter in next years. Along with the development of electronic and communication technology, many powerful integrate circuit become the first choice in our design. Futhermore, a more big challenge is bring forward in the auto-read power meter system and the power fare time-sharing measurement. This paper is occurred in this background, and then, design and implement a kind of muti-function power meter based on SoC.The muti-function power meter in this article implemented power measurement, carrier communication, infrared communication, realtime cell on single chip. This design fulfilled all high-powered requirement which is put forward by user, this method will make the design easy, and improve the system reliability, this solution is a new trial.This paper is based on the power meter criterion of An Hui, and analyze the requirement of muti-function power meter fully, also introduce the principle of power measurement and carrier communication, and then, design the hardware and software in detail, and discuss the key point and difficulties. The expatiate of software is the best particular. In order to exertion the function of the single chip system, each embedded function module need to debug one by one, for sake of reliability and anti-jamming, different methods is used in this paper. at last, the original target is implemented in this paper.The emphases of this paper is the application of the PL3201, and now, the single chip system solution is uncommon. The difficulty of this article is on the realization of the carrier communication module. By using CDMA technology in this design, the inter-jamming of read meter in different area will be decreased in almost degree.The system provided upstanding consult to the development of muti-function power meter, having practical meaning.
