基于SOA的流程平台的设计与开发

【摘要】 ERP的出现和发展极大地提高了企业资源的利用率,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益。然而随着企业的不断发展,业务流程的不断细化,出现了跨企业、跨平台的业务合作,原有的ERP系统在对新业务管理的过程中逐渐表现出不适应性。新的ERP系统需要对新的业务需求进行快速的反应,需要不断地减少业务中IT的成本,及时吸收、集成新的或异构的业务伙伴和新的客户群。流程管理是支持企业业务流程重组和ERP系统动态重构的关键技术,流程管理平台可以支持应用程序按用户定义的流程来运行。基于流程的ERP系统,可以通过流程的再定义,灵活地将应用系统的功能连接在一起,快速完成企业业务流程重组和ERP系统的搭建。基于目前存在的问题,本文设计出一个建立在面向服务架构上的流程管理平台。系统中的业务组件封装成服务供流程平台调用,服务提供适合通过网络访问的统一接口,业务流程可通过接口实现对服务的调用,通过工作流引擎实现业务流程的管理,通过流程配置平台针对不同的企业配置不同的流程。系统将流程提升到技术架构的中心地位,形成独立的流程层,采用业务流程管理技术实现流程的独立管理和控制,提升流程动态调整的能力,从而大大提升现代ERP系统的敏捷性。本文的面向服务的流程管理平台的核心思想就是动态快速响应。基于这种设计思想建立的系统不但能适应单一应用,还能够适合企业动态性的架构,可以对客户的需求做出快速反应,做到“随需而变”。文中首先介绍了流程管理等相关技术,然后重点阐述了该流程管理平台框架设计和具体实现的思想和方法,接下来简单介绍了该平台的应用实例,最后对本文所做工作进行了简要总结。
【Abstract】 ERP has greatly increased the using efficiency of the Enterprise Resource and has made great economic advantage. However, with the rapid development of the enterprise and constant detailing of operation process, business cooperation was appeared cross the enterprises and platforms, which gradually resulted inadaptability of the original ERP system in new business management. New ERP system is required to reflect promptly to new business demands, gradually reduce the IT costs of business, and timely absorb new or heterogeneous business partners and client base.Process Management is an essential factor in support of reengineering of business process and dynamic reconstruction of ERP system; process management platform can be used to support the application procedure to operate according to user’s definition. Based on process, ERP system can be associated with the function of application system via process redefinition, which will accomplish reengineering of business process and the establishment of ERP system.In view of the existing problems, the author will present a process management platform built on Service-Oriented Architecture. Business components in the system are packed for transfer of process platform, the service will offer proper interface for network visits, process can realize the transfer of service via interfaces, the management of business process via operation engine, and the Configuration to different process via process platform. The system will upgrade the process to the center of technique structure, form independent process layer, realize independent management and control by adapting business process management technology, and improve the ability of dynamic process adjustment, all of which will promote the agility of modern ERP system.The Core thought of process management platform built on Service-Oriented Architecture presented in this paper is dynamically prompt response. Based on the above thought, the system can not only be used for single application, but the dynamic business structure, which will react promptly for the demands of client, namely“changing with demand”.Firstly, the related technique of process management is introduced in the paper, then followed by the emphasis on thought and method of the design and realization of the framework of platform, application instances of the framework are simply
