基于DSP的汽车电动助力转向系统的设计

【摘要】 汽车电动助力转向系统是一种新型的汽车转向系统,与传统液压转向系统相比,采用电动机直接提供助力,具有多方面优越性。它能够在各种行驶条件下提供最佳的助力,节省燃油,利于环保。近年来已有许多中高档汽车配备了电动助力转向系统装置,EPS研究也成为汽车工业的热门课题之一,具有重要研究价值和巨大潜在应用前景。论文首先介绍了汽车电动助力转向系统的基本构成和工作原理;利用DSP芯片丰富的硬件资源,提出了基于TI公司的高性能DSP芯片TMS320LF2407构建助力电机电流(转矩)调节的控制系统方案;设计了电动助力转向系统电子控制单元的硬件,其中电路设计包括核心控制模块、H桥功率驱动模块、传感器信号输入处理模块、离合器控制等模块,并对电路进行了仿真和检测实验;在参考相关技术文献的基础上,建立了相应的系统数学模型,并对电动助力转向系统控制策略进行了分析研究,对数字PID控制和模糊控制进行了仿真分析。最后,给出了电动助力转向系统软件的总体设计方案,并完成了软件的模块化设计工作。

【Abstract】 The automobile electric power steering system is a new type of Automobile Power Steering system. Providing supplementary force for the automobile via the electromotor, it has more advantages to the hydraulic power steering system, the traditional steering. It can provide an ideal helping force and to save the burning oil, as well as to protect environment. In recent years, many advanced types of automobiles have been equipped with the electric power steering system, it is also one of the hot topics in automobile industry with valuable application market and huge potential prospect.At the beginning of the dissertation, the basic elements and the operating principle of EPS are introduced. We put forward a scheme that a hardware current-loop circuit is designed to regulate the output torque of the motor by utilizing the abundant hardware of DSP basing on the high-performance DSP TMS320LF2407 made in TI Company. The hardware development of electric control unit of EPS is designed, which includes a core control module, a H-bridge power driver module, a sensor signals process module and a clutch control module. And the circuit board has been examined through the imitation and experiment. From the reference of concerned technical document, the paper established a mathematic model of the system, discussed the control strategy of EPS, and simulated the digital PID control and fuzzy control arithmetic. Finally the control procedure is determined and the design of the software is modularized.
